She had widened her area of patrol in an effort to do more to help not only the city, but to try and continue to help the new sailor Senshi, ones who might have experience but may not have the strength or tenacity of Super or Eternal Senshi. The last time that she had made a patrol in this area she had run into a young man with a Cast. They had fought a Yoma together and she had scolded him rather soundly for patrolling alone. The sad thing of it was that she was more than a little hypocritical about it. She was only marginally more safe than he by merit of her 'Super' status.
It was so cold that her breath curled out in thin white wisps that reminded her of 'hitodama' - though no soul at least currently exited her body. She rubbed at her arms and wished not for the first time that their uniforms came with some kind of winter jacket. It wasn't quite as cutting as if she had been in her 'civilian' form and walking around with what amounted to short sleeves and a mini skirt but it wasn't profoundly better either.

Themis did try to not always stick into the same areas for patrols, to widen his circles and hit places he did not normally hit, but this general area, so close to his apartment, was a given - it was so close that it was a little stupid to skip it.
His night had only just started - he slipped out of his 4th story apartment by his balcony, and from there easily leaped his way to the roof, and so forth. He liked to stick to roofs for patroling - it gave him a nice overhead view, and the height, added to the cloak of the night, made it easier to jump about unnoticed by whoever might be walking in the streets below - that is, unless they knew what to look for...
He'd jumped his way to follow along the main street of the block when the familiar feeling hit him - energy, but a familiar... tone, in a way. Summoning his senshi phone out of thin air provided him with the answer.
Mu Cephei. He hadn't exactly been... at his best when he'd met her, but now ? She was alone, even. Might as well.
He jumped his way down, following the trail of positive energy until he finally found her. "They really, really need to fire whoever design uniforms for you girls." He said as a way of greeting, grinning, and then worked his way out of his coat. "This would probably be more useful to you right now."
Indeed, since his bodice underneath was, in fact, long-sleeved.

She looked delighted and curtsied deeply to him, ever so proper and ladylike as she lifted the edges of her tapered skirt to him. "What a gentleman!" She said pleased and was more than grateful for the warmth. "Are you sure you'll be warm enough? " she added with a motherly worry. "Your arm! How is it!" She added remembering the bulky cast from before. She did not scold him for being out alone, at least not this time, after all they had just found each other.
She was half grateful for the gloves she wore in her Fuku, they at least hid the little p***k marks in her finger tips from when she used her Blood needles, the 'ribbons' at least did not -need- her own blood though so far she had only ever used it.
"It's good to see you again." She added with a warm smile, earnest and open.

Gentleman, him ? Ahahaha~
Sometimes, denial was a river in Egypt.
"I just don't like watching people freeze." He said with a chuckle. Really, most of the female senshi he knew had really inappropriate fukus for the winter, especially with the strange amount of cold and snow that was being dumped on them this year.
"Ill be fine ! And in one piece, as it should be." He held out his right arm for emphasis. There was no sign of the bulky cast that had been there the last time she saw him.
"It's good to see you again, too. Do you patrol around here often ?"

"At least while these outfits are terrible in the winter, in the summer time I won't cook either!" She said with a smile. She shook her head, she did not keep a well set area of patrol, perhaps she should but she was trying to find people to assist. "I tend to wander a bit more than I once did..." She admitted. "My friend and I...we thought it would be better if we, since we had some experience, could go out and help new Senshi!" She flashed a smile. "I'll admit I came back past here to see if I could find you again, I wanted to make sure you were alright! Would you like to patrol together tonight? At least if we find a Yoma this time we will be prepared for it!"

Oh, yeah, summer... To be truthful he was trying to not think about that too much. Though at least there was one layer he could easily discard, as he had just demonstrated. Still, he probably would have the opposite problem that most of the senshi force was currently experiencing.
"Sure." It wasn't like he had anything in mind, beside his usual rounds of this block, as well as the Sovereign campus, and the commercial block where the shop he worked was, and whatever way he could think up in between those three points. Territorial ? Maybe. "I know the area pretty well, too."

"Your lead then!" She said with a sweep of her hand. "I'll be right behind you, you can tell me perhaps, how you came to be a senshi! I'd love to know...and tell me more about your friends as well!" She nodded thoughtful, she had always seen so many faces at the meetings, but so few she knew it was really a poor reflection on her. She had been doing this for so very long and she wasn't even one of their best or more serious fighters, she lacked the charisma of Castor, or the power of Pegasus, or even of the Zodiacs... now worse... her sister was missing. Would it be right to ask other senshi to help keep an eye out for her? Or was that too selfish, too personal in the middle of such a vital war.

He nodded, then, starting to scale back the way he had come from, jumping his way back to the rooftops. Themis actually wasn't a fan of walking along streets if he could have it otherwise - better to go largely unnoticed.
"Ha, I was closing at work one night, and I figured il'd just walk home." Mistake #1, right there. "It's a 5 minutes walk, what could go wrong, right ? Well, I ran into a talking cat who then led me to a fast food bathroom where we proceeded to sing and star-beam a youma to death."
All said with a straight face. "I thought I was having some kind of crazy caffeine-fueled dream." Who the hell wouldn't ?

She laughed amused, "It took me a whole day before I ran into my first fight, man was I foolish..." she shook her head. "I actually got my pen while I was at school, and next day I was heading out of the library and ran into a Lieutenant, she squashed me with an enormous squeaky hammer. Not the most glamorous debut." She flushed slightly remembering the humiliating sound it had made as it squashed her into the lawn of the library.

...Squeaky hammer.
Uh.
Okay, that was special.
"I only met one agent." He admitted. "Well, one to one, anyway." Gods know there were many of them at the halloween masque. "Police got on the scene before we could do much and he hightailed it before I could have the chance to do much of anything."

"Unfortunately, I'm quite sure you'll find more chances to meet them, what was the one you met like?" She asked tipping her head in wonder. She had met quite a few of them, she realized...but had done all in all, rather poorly when it came to fighting anything but Yoma.

"Oh, im quite certain that this will happen." He stated, before pausing to calculate his jump to the next rooftop. So for, nothing abnormal had popped up.
"He was dark eyed and dark haired as far as I could tell... Used two sticks to fight. Didn't talk much." Thankfully. They hadn't been there to chat.

She shook her head thoughtful "I haven't met him, sticks hmm?" She pondered imagining drum sticks or some similar weapon, to date she had yet to see a lieutenant with anything particularly dangerous unless creatively applied or simply oversized. "You still remember how to use your cell phone, yes?" She added after a moments thought. After all if he ran into a Nega again, he might need whatever help he could get.

"Yeah, I do." He assured her immediately, summoning the item in his open palm for emphasis. She really did worry a lot, didn't she ? Quite a bit like a mother would, he supposed.
"Im trying to patrol with others more often, too." But it wasn't always easy, with school and work coming into play. He often was home when the high schoolers had class, worked while they were home, and so forth.

She nodded and tried to make her self stop treating him like a child. It wasn't fair of her, she didn't even know his age, just that he had had a broken arm last time they met. "I'm glad... a few people I've worked with...they knew some of the Senshi whom have died... I suppose it just makes me worry more." She flashed him a warm smile.
