Marzipanz
A dark and oddly shimmery colt was being his curious self as he nosed the tall grass of an open field he was lured into. Yes, lured. An iridescent butterfly happened to flutter past him and being the explorer he was he decided to tail the insect. He had to of been following it for nearly an hour before he came to realize where he was. Lost. Initially his first reaction was fear, followed by a bit of excitement. His first time being utterly alone in a foreign place and you couldn't help but admit he was taking it fairly well. He continued to roam the open lands, sniffing a stray flower here and peeking in a few tall patches of grass there. Taking his sweet time to finding his way home.

Louvia was resting on a large, low branch. Her eyes lazily opened once in a while to see if anything was different, but today, for her, it was a very lazy day. She didn't really want to be with someone today, just sleep. While her eyes were closed, her ears twitched a little bit, staying alert for her. After a bit of a nap, she heard someone approach. It seemed like another foal like herself, but this one was a cold. She just stayed there with her eyes open, staring at him and wondering what he was doing there.

Marzipanz
Adakias stumbled around the unfamiliar landscape, turning a rock over to look at the bugs, sniffing at little flowers here and there. It wasn't until he started to look up at the sky (because it was turning the prettiest shade of pink due to the sunset) that he noticed two glowing orbs resting in a tree. It wasn't far off the ground, which scared Akias all the more. If the thing wanted it could easily jump down and attack. His curious demeanor caused him to stick his hooves in the ground like glue and stare away though. Though his stature was fully alert and somewhat distressed.

Ath e a r t
A little giggle escaped from Louvia. "I don't think I can hurt you." She continued to sit there in the shadows, her ears listening acutely for what he was going to do or say. She didn't want to scare him, but she wanted to have some fun too. The colt seemed different from what she was used to meeting in others. This one... Seemed a lot more tough than others her age. Louvia's tail was swishing side to side a little bit. "Are you afraid of me?"

Marzipanz
A sudden voice rose from the shadows and young Adakias had to squint to focus in on the figure. It wasn't helping that the sun was to his eyes and setting low. Slowly, he approached whoever it was that was claiming that it couldn't hurt him. Once a few yards off he came to find it was a young female. A subtle sigh of relief slipped passed his lips but hopefully the girl wouldn't see. "I thought you were a monster," he chuckled. At least he was honest and didn't try to make some fake identity. He had been frightened and there was no shame about it. When she asked if he was afraid he smirked and shook his head, "Of you?" he asked and paused for a moment, trying to think of the perfect response. "Um, should I be afraid?" that was a good question. Still, he stepped closer, light on his cloven hooves.

Ath e a r t
Louvia hopped off the branch she was on and came closer to him, letting him see her fully. She had stripes like a tiger and ears like a kitty. "I have a sister with kitty ears and a kitty tail as well as a brother with a kitty tail." A smirk grew on her face slightly. "So tell me what you think?" Her ears twitched slightly again, for she was enjoying teasing the colt. Usually, she was friendly, but her kitty curiosity got the best of her and she wondered how the colt would react.

Marzipanz
As the girl hopped off he took a slight jump back, still not receiving an answer for his question. Did that mean she was beating around the bush because she could possibly cause him harm? He didn't want to believe that though. She seemed nice enough, even if she was a bit unfocused on his words. When he could clearly make out her ears and stripes his expression turned from alert to pure amazement. "Wow, such pretty ears..." he eyed her up and down and began to circle the girl with his curiosity getting the best of him. Finally he stopped right in front of her and leaned in to inspect her ears. "You certainly are different. Like me and my sister. We both have rocky skin on our backs. See?" he turned to the side and showed her his interesting pelt.

Ath e a r t
Louvia blushed slightly with the compliment. That was weird for her, since she was used to being praised like the spoiled kitty she acts like. What made this compliment different? When he showed her her glowies, Louvia's eyes instantly grew wide and she was captivated. That was one thing that was some what her weakness. "Those are so pretty...!" Louvia's glowy eyes were staring continuously at the rocks. Finally breaking her gaze, she asked him something unsual. "Can I have one?!"

Marzipanz
Adakias beamed with happiness. His gemstones often got him stares but it wasn't everyday that somebody would gaze upon them as if they were godly. "Thanks! They're from my mama. She has pretty rocks along her back as well." His vivid blue eyes radiated a sort of happiness he hadn't felt before. Sure, he had made friends with other foals but this one seemed different. He liked talking to her a lot more than he had any other filly or colt. When she asked suddenly if she could have a rock he widened his eyes and shook his head, "N-no no! That'd hurt me." He gave a firm pout. "They're stuck. They don't come off silly." He smirked at her and gave a nudge against her body playfully.

Ath e a r t
She pouted a little bit. Louvia liked shinies, and she thought she was starting to like this colt a little bit, but she didn't want to show it. She turned away from and looked up back at her branch; her heart would skip a few beats, like she was excited, but she didn't want to be. With a hop, she landed back up on her branch, looking down on him again. Louvia was debating whether or not she should use her kitty charm to win over what she wanted or instead just forget about him and leave him be. In the end, she thought she should charm him. She put on a charming smile and batted her eyelashes a little. "So what brings you here today?"

Marzipanz
Adakias watched with interest as she delicately pounced onto the low hanging branch like a feline. It must have been in her blood. He shuffled his hooves till he was right below her, gazing up with intrigued eyes. "I was just following this shiny butterfly and got lost. Heh, I'll find my way home eventually though. Mama will be looking for me." He didn't seem all that alarmed about being lost like most foals would be. He was a bit confused what she was doing with her eyes though. "Do you have a lash in your eyeball?" he asked with a curious tilt of his head.

Unlike the colt, she knew she would not get lost; she had this six sense that could help her detect where her siblings and mother were. Sometimes, when her biological father was around, she could tell as well. Once again, Louvia hopped off of her branch and went closer to Adakias. She was slightly irritated by his comment, but then brushed it off and sighed. "Would you like me to walk with you to find your family?" She thought it was kind of stupid that someone that couldn't find their way home wandered off, but she felt sorry for him and well, wanted to help him. A thought came to her mind, and she nuzzled the colt on the neck. Louvia enjoyed it, but she wondered if he would.

Marzipanz
Since she dismissed the idea of the eyelash and the fluttering of her lids he figured she got it out and smiled brightly at her. "You wanna walk me home? Oh, maybe then you could meet my mam- huh?" he widened his eyes as she approached and began to nuzzle his neck sweetly. This action melted him inside out and he nuzzled back just as sweetly. "What is this for?" he asked, unaware of what the sillly butterflies in his tummy truely meant.

ATh e a r t
Louvia was kind of shocked that he didn't know what it meant. For herself, she used to do it to everyone until her mother yelled at her for being too affectionate, since she didn't really know who was good or bad. She looked over at the colt again. "What if this colt was bad?" She thought to herself. Sniffing the colt, she tried to pick up the slight sent of him, seeing if she could recognize anything else in the air. Louvia noticed she forgot something. "My name's Louvia, by the way. My momma only calls me Louvia when she's mad. Other times, she calls me Vi or Vivi. You can do that too, I guess." She walked in the direction in which she though she smelled something like the colt. "We can go this way?" To be honest, she wasn't sure. She wasn't a tracker... She just knew the scent of her family. Louvia knew that she couldn't get herself lost, but she could get the colt more lost. "Oh well..." she said under her breath.

Marzipanz
Adakias widened his eyes when she introduced herself instead of giving him a reason as to why she was snuggling up to him. This was a bit confusing for the young colt but he didn't mind. "Vivi... I like it. Your name is very ... pretty. Just like the rest of you!" He smiled happily at her, glad to shower her with compliment because she was very deserving of them. "Oh, and I'm Adakias. My mama calls me Akias sometimes. I think that's because she's to lazy to say the rest of my name though," he gave a subtle giggle before finishing, "but you can be lazy too. I like the shorter version as well." He tilted his head as she began to lead him in one direction. "Um..." he glanced around with uncertainty for a moment. "O-okay... that way is as good as any other I guess." He gave a nervous chuckle before following her. "I do hope we get to my mama soon. I would love for her to meet you. You're nice." He smiled at her as they walked on.

ATh e a r t
Louvia's heart was thumping from the little compliments that he was giving her. She liked them, but since she could tell he was dense, she tried to brush it off. "Nice to meet you Akias." She gave him a sweet smile with what she said. "Why is it so important that I meet your mother?" From what her own mother had taught her, if it was a male bringing a female to meet their parents, it held the meaning of a deep relationship. Louvia wondered if he knew that and walked ahead of him a bit, her eyes leading the way.

Marzipanz
Adakias flicked his eyes about and stared at various objects, trying to find a reason. "Um... because I like you?" He gave a small tilt of his head as he followed her like a lost puppy, or in this case, a lost foal. "I just want you to meet my mama so I can say, 'I'm going to play with Vivi! Be back later!'" he gave a soft giggle and stared at the back of her head since he was tagging along behind her like they were a choo choo train.

ATh e a r t
Rolling her eyes again, she continued to walk, neither looking where she was going nor looking back to Adakias. Louvia felt like he was well... Way too dense. Even with them both being young, Louvia understood her feelings and emotion. Maybe she should just treat all males like her biological father treated her mother -- abandon them. She had feelings for him, that was without a doubt, but if Akias was going to be dense his whole life... Then there was no point. When she noticed he was trailing behind a little bit, she darted into the shadows where he couldn't see her. Louvia hoped that he would leave her alone and wander elsewhere.

Marzipanz
Out of nowhere the filly dashed off into some under growth where the shadows could conceal her quite nicely. The dark colored colt widened his dodger blue eyes and glanced around nervously. "V-vivi? Louvia?" he took cautious steps towards where she had disappeared. "What did I say?" he frowned as he tried to peer into the dark but it seemed like she was long gone. The young boy of a Soquili bowed his head with a frown and produced a sweet sigh. "I don't want to be alone...." he bit his lip and figured he had to move along if he was going to make it home before darkness falls over the land. Still, he had a feeling that he would be missing that girl a whole lot. Hopefully he'd run into his new friend again soon.

ATh e a r t
Louvia was sitting with her eyes closed tightly up on a branch. It was some where that she knew she could watch him, but also knew that he could not see her as long as her eyes were closed. When she heard his last words, she bit on her lips and felt a slight pang in her heart. She was unsure of what it was, but knew that it didn't feel good and well, didn't want the feeling. Would it go away if she left him alone completely? Or would it be better for her to stay with him? She put her head down on the branch and opened her eyes just slightly. Peering down at him, she started to feel horrible in side. She did offer to bring him home to his mother even though it was an empty promise. She looked around and saw that there was an apple tree right next to the one she was in. Pulling one off the branch, she hopped off the branch again and was in front of him. "I was just getting you an apple..."

Marzipanz
Adakias was dragging his hooves, getting ready to wander around aimlessly in search for his mother, but it just so happened that a small thud brought his eyes up from the grass and he instantly brightened up with a smile. "VIVI!" he exclaimed and leaned in to give her a quick nuzzle, ignoring the apple offering for the moment. "Oh, I thought you ran away from me. You're to nice to do that though, huh?" he pulled away, giving her a skeptical look before laughing. "We can share it..." he leaned in and took half the apple in his mouth, brushing their lips together for a brief moment before biting down and breaking the fruit in two. He took his half and began to much. "Thank you Vivi! You're the best. Mmm, it tastes delicious. Now we'll have energy for the long walk ahead of us."

ATh e a r t
"Too nice..." she thought in her head. Louvia was unsure if she was nice or not because in all honestly, she still wasn't sure what she wanted to do about him. When she was offered half the apple, immediately, she pushed it back towards him. "I've already had one." Louvia said it before she noticed it escaped her. She was slightly shocked that she had actually straight out lied to someone. Yes, there were times where she didn't tell the complete truth, but never lied. Her head was held up high as she looked away from him and headed in the direction she was previously going, ignoring the slight hunger pains that were digging in her tummy. She knew she didn't have to tell Akias to follow, so Louvia just walked and thought to herself.

Marzipanz
Adakias gave her a curious look as she seemed to have some sort of inner epiphany. Still, it was rude to ask about such things, right? He shrugged it off and leaned down to take the other half of the apple into his mouth and slurped and gnawed on the fruit. He had to be quick about it though because Louvia was already leaving. He trotted up behind her again and began to speak as happily as he did before. "Louvia, do you think I'll get to meet your mama too?"

ATh e a r t
"Hmm.... My mother...." She was thinking aloud and well... Wasn't really sure if her mother really wanted to meet anymore males, even if it was a young foal like Akias. Her mother was still in that phase where she hated Vi's biological father. Only male that her mother was okay with was Louvia's elder brother. "I don't even know why you'd want to meet them. They're kind of... weird." In truth, Louvia was trying to decide if she wanted him to meet her mother... Right now, not really.

Marzipanz
Adakias tilted his head to the side at her description of her parents and shrugged his shoulders, "Weird is good somethings though. It just depends on what you mean by weird." He smirked at her and nipped at her tail a few times as he followed behind her. He had some playful energy he had to burn off. "Come on! We'll cover more ground if we run. Tag! You're it!" he chuckled as he nudged her aside as he bursted off in full speed ahead of her.

ATh e a r t
She was unsure if she wanted to play the game, but to keep Akias from bothering her too much, Louvia ran after him anyways. There was no thought of actually wanting to catch him; she knew that was easy... Her father's feline genes would kick in. Louvia was just sad, thinking about her father that abandoned her mother that made her mother hate the male species so much. Her attachment to her mother was definitely greater than that of her father. Because of her absent-minded-ness, she tripped on a high tree root and scraped her front knees a little bit. Louvia stood up and walked towards Akias again, indifferent to her physical pain but instead had the emotional pain bug her.
