For reference, my hair was juuust short of shoulder length before this, and I'm pretty sure I haven't had my hair this short since seventh or eighth grade.


This was pretty much right after the cut itself. The angle gives you a good idea of length.


This one shows how nicely done-up it was. Pretty sure I can never achieve that level of not-frizz on top without more effort than I want to put in for hair this short.


This is what I can end up getting it to look like. It's clean-cut, but kind of lazy, just like taking a picture to show people but not bothering to take it in a way that doesn't include my camera/phone.

@Xippy: I like both styles, honestly. And I'm with you that longer hair usually looks nicer if people can get it to work with their face; I originally wanted to keep it kind of shaggy but the haircutgirl just kinda... did her thing. It's not half bad though.
@Evap: I may! It'd take a lot of maintenance just to keep it from growing out though, which is kind of a b***h. Also, I still have never seen Rent but seeing as people fawn over the cast of it all the time I'll take it as a good thing. :D
@Raven: I'll do something with the front of your hair. wink
@Quaint: The most recently-posted pictures I did were from around October, and that was what I was shooting for, but refer to my reply to Xippy as to what happened. If it helps, the front of my hair is starting to curl up a bit more now that it's getting used to this style, and once it grows out a bit more it'll definitely be visible.
