It's supposed to be open by Christmas, and you might be able to cash in on the craze but I am not sure if it's worth possibly loosing your kiki over...

I wouldn't sell the kiki if you already have a good hoard of those pumpkins xD just because the price of kiki is more stable (and seems to be slowly going up ). But like the above poster said, you might be able to make a hefty profit during the hype..so I don't know D:

Yeah I was like O.o Good luck with that one. I would probably keep your Kiki since its an MC and a very solid investment. The pumpkins right now are just a fad and on top of that everyone will be over hoarding them if there is even the slightest push.

I would suggest holding on to the kiki for a bit longer, but if you can spare more funds otherwise try to pick up a few more pumpkins here and there. The pumpkins aren't as overhoarded as many of the other items that are suggested investments considering people had to work for them for a very limited amount of time (ie: people weren't simply throwing money at them and stocking up as they do with mcs these days). Also, many people are waiting to see if there's a ring inside, and judging from how the other "special" rings have performed, I imagine that if it turns out the pumpkin is a ring-bearer there will be large lines of people who will be rushing to stock up.
The Fortune's Favor ring and the Sweetheart ring have both performed very, very well, and they were released under extremely similar pretenses. Even if the price fluctuates they will go up over time, even if the ring isn't particularly fantastic. Again, this is all assuming there's a ring inside at all.

You seem to get the situation so I'll spare you the details.
Don't invest if you're afraid of losing gold. There's a VERY real chance you will, so if you're gonna be screwed over a 1.75m loss then don't take the risk.
