History: Isuko was born to refugee parents in the Village Hidden in the Rain. His parents sought refuge in the Hidden Rain Village, fleeing the civil unrest in Water Country. Isuko himself was born with milky white, useless eyes. Blindness, however, did not prevent Isuko from being an exceptional student. Possessing an incredible tactile memory, Isuko was able to master complicated, master-level Taijutsu routines by an early age. As he gained in skill, Isuko found additional ways to compensate for his lack of sight. His senses of smell and hearing developed to a heightened level, allowing him to gain a better mental picture of his surroundings. Isuko’s talent with taijutsu developed into passion for the blade. Sword techniques he had only heard about came within his reach. He vowed that he would one day be strong enough to stand among the falling drops of his home’s namesake and slice individual drops.

This makes them very good with Ice, which shares both affinities.

Soldier Pills are often given to Ninja during a time of war. They increase they're combat ability by interacting with the enzymes in their body to make them faster, stronger, and more in tune with there surroundings for a very short period of time.
Unfortunately each needs to be specially made to interact with the biology of the ninja it's given to, and as such they will not work should another ninja attempt to use them, even if that other ninja is an ally in dire need of a boost.

When activated the user may immediately re-applies a stealth of agility(x2) + any stealth buff Jutsu.
While active to even attack the user a foe must first make a contested awareness roll of Int(x2) + any awareness buff Jutsu. Success means the attacker may target the user, failure means they cannot. The user stays stealthed EVEN if they attack until the victim succeeds their awareness check (though they remained stealthed. Any victim that succeeds this check however may point out the location of the user (on their own turn) giving others the benefit of removing the users stealth against them.

The user creates several mirrors of Ice around their victim. They then quickly disappear, with each mirror inside showing an image of them. They quickly jump in and out of each mirror attacking their foes in a confusing flurry of strikes. Escape at this point is nigh impossible for all but the most clever of ninja.
