Other: Graduated from UCLA. Marched with Velvet Knights from 1992 to 1994. Taught the brass section there in 1996. 1997, taught the brass section of Santa Clara Vanguard. Then, from 1999 to 2005, he was a member of the brass instructional staff for Pacific Crest.
