Well, at the moment our choir is rehearsing for our annual Cabaret concert on the 18th. The theme this year is Hollywood on Broadway so we get to do some fun songs from musicals. Here are some of the songs we get to do:
Medley from My Fair Lady- Varsity (the choir I'm in) Medley from Fiddler on the Roof- Women's And show choir is doing a medly that I forget the name of, but it has Rhythm in it. sweatdrop Hey Look Me Over from some old musical So Long, Farewell from The Sound of Music whee And whatever else we haven't been shown yet. (Our directors like to drop music on us last minute. sweatdrop )
Also, people can audition to do solos or small ensembles in between the big acts. I'm in an ensemble singing Steam Heat from the Pajama Game. And our first time getting together to practice the song is tomarrow. sweatdrop
Also, we have UIL coming up and I'm doing a solo for that. It's called Who'll Buy My Lavender? and it's so pretty! heart Even though its suppose to be a guy singing it to a bunch of girls. xd

Well, right now we aren't singing much because some of us are preparing for a contest. I actually feel kinda bad for the ones that aren't, cuz they've been getting neglected. Anyway, what we are doing is:
Sun and Moon from Miss Saigon Roulez, jeunes gens, roulez Psalite Gloria (Mozart) Songs from a Ceremony of Carols
After contest is done, we're going to get more songs for the concert in May/June, and then of course whatever song we do at graduation.
