Kemnbi made her way through the woods. There was a shallow pool near by and she liked to swim there. Her paws fell silently on the dirt as she walked. The vixen's mind was on family and if she had any. She shook her head, "Of course you have some silly, just have to find them."
She sat down at the edge of the pool, her tail in the water as she listened to the birds above her. The trees swayed on the opposite side of the pool in the cool breeze. The water rippled where a frog jumped in and Kemnbi smiled.

Pharos padded down the path, tail wagging as he thought about a black fox he had met earlier, a pretty little thing indeed~ He was traveling with two BCR's on his leg, having found them randomly and later learning that around Christmas Higher Beings often blessed foxes by leaving these BCR's around until around christmas, where they hatched. Well, he had been hoping to find their parents, but seeing as they didn't....could he raise them?
He whistled a soft little tune as he thought about his crush, spotting a pool, much like the one he had met his Flower Princess. He padded over, eyes not spotting Kemnebi...yet.

Kemnbi was lost in thought and didn't notice another fox was in her area. The frogs started croaking and she looked up from the pool. Her ears pushed forwards as she heard whistling, she scanned the area for where it came from. Not wanting to be seen, but hard to hide her colors, she scooted back against the tree and peered around it.

His ears caught the sound of someone shuffling, glancing upwards, spotting the fleeting colors of dark purple much like his own before it retreated quickly behind a tree. Curiously, he moved a step closer, his BCR's making a soft jingling sound.
"Hello? Is someone out there? I won't harm you! I never harm a soul unless they risk the life of a loved one, and I hope you won't. Right?" His red, black, and orange paws brought him closer to the tree, head tilting to the side as he sat before it.
"I'm Pharos, and unless my eyes are deceiving me I believe you are hiding behind this tree here. If not, I'm truly sorry. We could play a game of hot or cold if you wished until I found you?"
Seriously, he needed to stop rambling nonsense before someone smacked him for being strange.

Her tail flicked as she tried to stay still. She didn't want to stay hidden. She heard a jingling sound and was curious at what was making it. Slowly she shifted her weight forward to look around the tree. Her eyes widened at the sight of his ear, it looked the same color as hers.
In a soft voice she answered him. "Hello. Why do you have those on your leg?"

He laughed lightly, lifting the leg with the BCR's on it and nudging them. "I found them. Say, did you know that around Christmas random BCR's are scattered around the earth for foxes to find?" He grinned, moving slightly so he could see her, only seeing her muzzle, which was the same color as him. It reminded him of his mother, very much so.
"You don't need to hide, I'd never harm you."

She stepped out from around the tree, her red, black and orange paws leading the way followed by her purple ears. Eyes bright at the thought of finding BCRs, Kemnebi looked down at his leg. Her eyes widen, His paws are just like mine!
"Are there more out there?" She wanted a BCR especially if it was all alone.

His head shook side to side, grinning at her lopsided. "I can help you look for some?" He questioned, scanning her. He was quiet, backing away a few steps from her.
'Pharos.' 'What mommy?' 'Did you know, you have a twin?' 'Really?!' 'But daddy has her.' 'Why does daddy have her?' 'I'll tell you when you're older, I promise.'
His eyes scanned the female, blinking at her. Could she be? No... no she couldn't. But she looked like him! But that would be to easy, if he had found her just lying around! The deities didn't favor him that much!
"Excuse me." He croaked, looking at her with a new expression, a confused one. "Do you have parents?"

She turned her head at the question as she thought about it. "You would..." Her words stuck in her throat. The farther out she had stepped out the more Pharos came into view and Kemnebi was in a shock. He looked like her, everything but the hair on his head was the same as hers.
She looked down at her paws. "I was raised alone. Everybody I talked to didn't know who my parents were." Slowly she looked back up at him, a tear in the corner of her eye. "I don't want that to happen to any others if I can help it." The vixen cringed inside as she remembered he told her his name. "I am Kemnebi"

What? She was just like him! So, if she was his long lost sister, shouldn't she be with daddy? He moved closer to her, nudging the vixens tear aside with a paw. "Kemnebi, I am Pharos. I don't want to shock you, but, I believe you..." He scanned her again. She looked just like him! Down to the hair! He backed away, shaking his head.
"You look just like me. When I was little my mother told me I had a twin, but my father ran off with her and never returned." He lowered his head, ears flicking behind his head. "I think you might be my twin."

"Twin?" Her eyes grew wide. She always felt left out because she had nobody to raise her. "We do look a lot alike. Do you look like your parents?"
Not ready to risk disappointment, Kemnebi wanted to find more about Pharos's family. He looked so much like her, but that could just be some crazy scheme her mind was playing on her for the loneliness.

He shrugged. "My dad? I dunno. But I look like my mom, who is purple and has your features, but blue eyes. I think Dad had orange eyes." He sat on his haunches, smiling at the vixen. If this was his sister he would be thrilled. He had always wanted to meet his sister, but, worried he never could. And now here was a vixen that looked almost as identical as he did! Was this fate to meet his family? How good of a day today was~
