Is it really called vending if you're in the rally? I thought it was more like bartering...vend is called 'the vend' because of the title of its marketplace page.

No I won't be there. Rallys, towns and anywhere else that is interactive are not safe places to go...ever. All you need to be is targeted, sent a false friend request and then click and you've been had. I don't know if that has ever been fixed but it was enough to keep me from going to anyplace interactive.
