There's a whole new dungeon that opens up on the moon once you beat the main sequence of the game. It tests all the characters' abilities. I am still trying to beat Lunar Odin. If anyone knows how to defeat him, please tell me.

I like the fact that you get some of the old characters back and you aren't stuck with Rosa, Rydia, Edge, and Kain. (You're always stuck with Cecil; gotta deal with that) The music sounds a lot different too!

I'm getting agervated (that's my word) with these strong moon creatures. My people's are of the "high levels" but the moon-monsters are irritating me! Plus Rydia won't learn her gosh-darned black magic spells! scream But Edge is leveling up nicely whee and Rosa is learning a heck of a lot more than Rydia stare I never did like Rosa that much, though.

Does anyone know where Bahamut is? I had forgotten since I last played it and I wanna go fight him and possibly get my butt Dark Flared! sweatdrop whee

Bahamut is on the moon, look for the area that has a cave in the middle of a raised area, really not that hard to find ^^;; As for the game itself, I really enjoy this version of it. The game is harder than the SNES version, but at the same time, not quite as hard as the PSX remake because they fixed the turn meter. Also there is that neat glitch that lets your characters sometimes take turns before their meter goes up. <----Got Cecil to attack 3 times in a row before everyone else even got 1 turn when fighting bahamut ^^

As for the characters, I have to say that some of them are a little unbalanced compared to the ones you were stuck with before. Like the twins have much higher stats, and Edward is way to powerful for being a "spoony" bard >.< lol

Also, the moon is very hard no matter what, Im almost lvl 70 and the monsters still cause lots of damage no matter what armor you have unfortunately. ::shrugs::

Towards then end of FF4, I wiped the walls with the moon creatures. Well at least on the outside. Inside like the dunguns and such I still had a hard time. I got a rom of the FF4 hard version. It really is hard. o_o I'm in the underworld and having a little trouble in the Cave of the Summoners. I remember playing the PSX version and not having too much trouble.

So the FF4 advance is that different from the original? Maybe I'll get it. I'll just wait til the price goes down. I haven't had a new GBA game in so long...

I bought the game about a month or two ago. It is really fun, and i've almost beat it...but I took a break from it after I got my butt stomped by all the monsters when I got on the moon. It's so annoying how much you will train, and then just get annihalated by someone in like 2 seconds. emo

for the few who wish to beat behamut and get him as a summon heres a cheap way of killing him.

Step 1. switch any character in your party with Kain if you dont already have him in you party.
Step 2. find behamut on the moon in his cave. then engage him in battle.
Step 3. When starting the battle you will find his mega flare to be quite powerful, but kain has a move that can dodge it all together! when kain's turn comes up wait untill behamut's mega flare timer goes to 3 this is important!! when 3 pops up make kain use his Jump ability. if you did this correctly kain will jump before behamuts mege flare and then jump down to damage him while still having enough time to get his turn up before the mega flare timer goes to 3 again. repeat this process untill he dies.

i killed him like this at lvl 37!

also i dont see how you say any of the moon monsters are hard i find them to easy. especally the behemoth.
