i just recently did research on being transgender. upon reading about it, i realized that alot of what was described, i indentfy wiht. only three of my real frineds know. but im nervous about two things. 1) about telling my two best friends rather than someone else telling them, and how they react. 2) having this conversation with my family( mainly my mother if i have to) is there a semi-easy way of having this conversation?

there's NEVER an easy way to do that. i mean, with the friends, sure. if they really are your friends, they'll have to get over it (that whole dr seusse thing about how those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind) just don't be totally random about telling them. if you guys are having a serious conversation and you feel comfortable saying it, then go ahead. your family, however, is another story, and that might be a bit harder. don't stress, though. you don't have a time limit or anything. take your time and just tell people when you're ready. if you don't know for sure if your a transgender, then give it some time for yourself. sexuality is complicated, sometimes.
