It was a day just like any other; well it seemed that way at the start, however to the surprise of Tali the weather soon took a turn for the worst. She did not understand how a snow storm came so sudden and so powerful. It was like nothing she had ever seen before, she had never seen this much snow, not all at the same time! It was like one minute it was clear and the next the conditions were unimaginable.

Her pink eyes were fixed outside a window. She put her hand on the glass, her reflection staring back at her. She wondered how she was going to get back home, the roads were bad and walking seemed nearly impossible. Would the students have to stay at the school tonight? She wondered as she shook her head, that would just be her worst nightmare ever. Just being here during the day was too long, what made it worse is because it was not meant to snow she was caught without her snow shoes and coat.

Simply bloody marvellous.

She sighed and was about to go and find a warmer place when something caught her eye. She looked back out into the frosty wonderland to see if something was out there, however there was not. I mean anyone being out in those conditions must be pretty silly right? She asked herself but before she knew it a glimpse of something quite large and white was seen again, just for a moment.

She strained her eyes blinking a few times to make sure she was not imagining things. I guess the thought of a night in this place really had driven her crazy!

However she was not, before long more figures became obvious, floating down from the sky like snowflakes, dancing, of course by this time quite a few of her class mates had wondered over to the window to marvel at the beautiful dancers, no one knew what they were or why they were here. Tali stepped back and wondered out of the classroom. Sure many strange things happened in the city; however this was really the first thing she had seen, first thing which was out of the ordinary.

She knew the snow was only going to get worse the longer she stayed here and she felt like she needed to brave the weather and make her way home, after all she did not know how long this strange weather phenomenon was going to last. She wondered over to the main doors and slowly opened them.

It was bitterly cold outside, she wrapped her arms around her and stepped out, it already reached up past her ankles, and in fact it was getting closer to her knees. This was impossible! She told herself a large pout coming onto her lips. However it was soon replace with a determined look at the path. She knew if anyone could do this she could.

After all she was Talim Nimmba!
