From a young age he had been obsessed with the capabilities of the human body. Every injury he received simply gave him a new subject to analyze. His parents both being medics left him with an unchallenged opportunity for study and even practice. His ideals on medicine seemed slightly skewed from those of most medics. He saw medicine and chemicals as a way to potentially force human evolution. If every disease known to man had been wiped out and medication made to improve one’s mind and body had been mass produced then every human would be far beyond normal restrictions. Where once thought impossible to break the 50 mph speed barrier people advanced. Cain believes that there resides a resistance barrier awaiting shattering. As his studies advanced however he began to practice an odd series of test. Once sick he would study every aspect of his illness even by purposefully passing it on to others to see how they reacted. Once research had been done he would develop a cure. When he had cured most diseases he encountered he began to experiment by forcing not only the evolution of humans but of chemicals and illnesses themselves. Control over these creations gave him the opportunity to develop cures before an epidemic could claim the lives of millions, even if it cost hundreds of lives. Most did not agree with his practices and so he had to perform in secret, once found out he was run out of town. His past heroic acts and medical breakthroughs now labeled as biological warfare.
