Meep Customs!
Rules and Things:
1.) Characters cannot be gotten as adults on pridal/pack lines. You can only get a character on these lines if you custom a cub into a litter (i.e., the mother must be a member of the pride or pack). You must have the approval of the mother prior to sending in information about the custom.
2.) Hybrids are not available via customs, only breeding.
3.) Please do not pester us to color customs. As of the new guild, we need to finish customs within (1) month of receiving the custom form or your price is cut in half.
4.) No items, please. Just pure this time!
5.) You may go back and edit your posts in this thread, and can have as many forms as you like in one post.
6.) I will take up to 12 customs from this thread - for every two I choose, I will roll for another. If I roll a custom I feel I'm incapable of coloring, I will roll again (you will, however, be compensated). Just to clarify, I'll roll when I finish CCing (after I decide to stop or reach 8, whichever comes first).
7.) Just so you know, I'm not likely to go for all-over tattoos, zomg!tribal, or clothes-as-markings cosplays. Wing markings (especially butterfly) can also be iffy. Reference images help a lot. For samples of my coloring, you can browse here and in my growings thread.
8.) Adults only. I don't need to be adding to my growings load.

Based on Uther Pendragon from Merlin. Not clothes for markings, so much as a general adaptation of the dude. He's an angry badass, Arthurian guy. That kind of feel? I'm not too picky, just deep reds on 'natural'ish lion-pelt-gold. But the markings and stuff are up to you. The Emblem of Camelot is the golden dragon on his cape, but any markings of an Arthurian/Gaelic ilk are more than welcome. =] Really, he should be a simple lion, mostly Lion King looking, with an Arthurian feel. This is his mate:

Description:
I know you said you don't fancy doing full body markings but the girl shown below isn't necessarily full-body. I know they seem a bit intricate but the idea is simple - to look like MIST or FOG. The lines do not have to be as thick as I've drawn them.
- Dark brown base color
- Lighter brown stomach and throat up to her cheeks and chin, the same lighter brown beneath each of her eyes (like the 'bags' one gets beneath their eyes when they don't sleep enough).
- White 'skull' on her face that does not circle completely around her eyes, the 'teeth' being completely disconnected from the main white and on the main part of her nose (see enlarged image for best example!)
- Black bands at the tops of her ears. Black bands around her two front legs about the ankles.
- Pale pink eyes
- FOG/MIST markings run from rump down her two hind legs and up to end at her shoulders. The lines don't have to be as thick as shown, they can be wispier to have a more foggy look, or have a puffy cloudy look. Artists choice.
- The markings are a gradient of red if possible (I've given the gradient I'd like if possible).
- Make the markings glow and I love you forever and ever.
- One of the markings...the one at her shoulder...is something I would like to definitely be kept in the design as it is one of the voodoo symbols, it's pointed out in the enlarged version of the image.
