Here I will be teaching you the style know around the world as Puroresu now unlike most other styles Puroresu is divided into several different variations such as strong Style, King's Road, Lucharesu, Bachi Bachi, Shoot Style, Super Junior, and Submission.

Now Puroresu has many sub categories, made obvious by all the ones I listed, that make it one of the most unique and entertaining styles of wrestling there is and here in Puroresu I will be finding and putting up footage to exemplify each different style listed above
