The sun rose slowly, but seemed to blow up in the slumbering lionesses face. She blinked, nose scrunching in an almost pained look. "Morning already.." She said in a snarky tone, sarcasm preparing to scorch her tongue in a joyful way. Nothing made her more happy like a great sarcastic line. Her ears flipped back and jaws spread wide, a yawn the size of the savannah herself poured out of the female. Ameretat was comfortable. The sea was within reach for a cozy bath. Luck was on her side as well, she hadn't met one other lion just yet.

She had gotten up before the sun like she always did. She had told Nohokai the day before that she had needed some 'me time'. She loved the male with her whole heart, but sometimes she just wanted some time away from her crafts, away from her everything to just think. Naturally, that is what she had wanted when she'd slipped down her normal path to the beach. However, instead of going to the tide pools, she walked a ways down the beach to get to her 'island reprieve'. It was a beautiful waterfall, small sure, but it collected in a lake of crystal clear water. Today, she would bathe, get her fur nice and clean, and just be a girl for once. In her own way, Sabbia was trying to get comfortable in her own skin.

Her legs lifted her, mass shifting from laying to staning in a sweep liek motion. She loved the way the meat on her bones swayed, booed at the way her muscles tensed and untensed. She was a lover of her own body, confidence seeped from teh young female. Her pelt, a creamy latte brown, bright streaks of green blew eye's away on her back and her eye's. They could captivate the night sky with a single blink. Like stars they were! She moved with a heavenly grace, nothing compared to that of a God's, but she liked to believe it was clsoe enough and so she moved, head held high.

It didn't take long for Ameretat to reach her destination, the soft purring of a waterfall washed over her ears, she swayed slightly, eye's closing in a love for the sound. She appreciated the comfort it brought with her.
"What is this..?" She said softly upon approaching the stream tinkling from the waterfall. There was a tribeswoman. A Bahari lioness. She shrunk away a moment, waiting to figure something out.

Sabbia was completely unaware of the other as she slipped into the pool of water and moved toward the waterfall. Like most Bahari members, Sabbia was graceful in the water, moving like she was on land. Her legs were strong, her coat curly from the constant moisture in the air, and the accessories things she and her mate had collected from the mother ocean.

Turning so her back was under the waterfall, Sabbia laid down; the pool was always shallow enough too, unless it was the rainy season. Yes, it was cold outside, but she didn't care. Cold water was the best way to clear her head. Her sister meeting her mate had been all but disastrous and she really wanted to forget about it.

Back turned, then turned again so thefemale was facing a poorly hidden Ameretat. Poorly, meaning Amere was not even attempting to hide. She slinked forward, very curious about the female being splashed with water. "Hello?" Ameretat cooed softly, paws bringing her forward with a new air, she lost teh slink and became confident once more.

"Hello." She said, clearing her throat a little this time.

Sabbia jumped when she heard the voice. No, she didn't see the other right away, but when the other stepped forward, the lioness stood up and backed behind the waterfall. OK, so she was a big wimp when it came to meeting people that she didn't know. But she didn't run. Instead, she answered, voice muffled by the water. ".....Hello? Can... can I help you?"

"Probably not?" She said smoothly, body moving as if she were skating across the land, paws drifting carefully. She coudl have come from the snowy peaks where snow lay covering it's tips, where the paws of lions were larger, much mroe snowshoe like. She admired those paws and enjoye dplaying 'snow leopard'. "I don't need any help as far as I am aware? Unless you know something I don't?" She offered with a giggle.

She watched the grace of the lioness and grew envious. The only time Sabbia moved like that was when she was in the water. Carefully peaking out from behind the water before she moved, Sabbia shrugged to her acquaintances words. She admired the other's beautiful coat, noting the way the colors looked vivid on the dark background. "....Who're you? ...Do you live in the pride?" She really had no ideas as to who was a member and who wasn't. She didn't get out too much.
