Did you know about the ph scale (well duh you do. Your 13 + you learned it in 5th grade)?

Well, Acid Rain (low numerals 1.0 2.0 3.0 4.0...) Base (high numbers 10.0 9.0 8.0...) and Neutral (5.0...6.0...7.0... or rain water...).

Cool right? How does this contribute to the pollution all the time?

You also might want to know about us.

We drive cars. Take showers. Take our garbage out. Waist energy. Blah blah.

We basically contribute to polluting A WHOLE LOT.

Ways to help:

Reduce the time of...

Driving.

Take the bust or train. It carries more people but pollutes only once. If everyone drives individually, then we all produce exhaust. You coulfd also just walk or ride bikes.

Taking Showers

Your waisting water. Water. Fresh water that we could use for drinking... but not produced RIGHT fresh water. Conserving water can give the planet a way better society in the next 50 years. Scientist perdict (now let's just say you don't alwyas NEED a scientist's formulas. Just simply do stuff.)in about 50 years, there will be no fresh water left. After all, we only have about 5% fresh water. Am I correct? I would like to check... PLUS, we make fog, and that could evaporate into rain water, which could overrun a nearby ecosystem. Yes, even the slightest tilt of life could change much of things.

Garbage

As I've said before in the Reducing forum, we all take out garbage...no matter what. Face it, not everything is recyclable after you finish the chance of reducing and reusing...we take garbage out. That garbage goes in to the atmosphere after it is packed with composte (excuse me, but composte as in dirt and that does not actually HELP the garbage decompose. Actual, much of garbage DOESN'T decompose, it just leaves a odor that fills and spreads into the atmosphere which can pollute our lungs). Get it?

Energy.

We waist lots of energy. Actually, as I type this, I'm waisting energy. I'm using the energy in my battery (even if it's unplugged) this very moment. When you turn a light off, your not necessarily conserving energy, because most likely, there is Phantom Energy. It's energy that you can't see when it's not turned on". So...unplugging your appliances after usage is conserving energy. Don't us candles unless there the type where that doesn't pollute in to the air because of it's burning. Candles aren't exactly...right to use when a black out happens unless you have good ones. Flashlights...that's only when you really need them. Most important, don't do anything.

GLOBAL WARNING!

Just remember that if we can fly through the air, rumors can fly through the air, then air itself and the stuff we produce can fly through the air, the atmosphere...the world. Not all parts of this world are "polluting". They just are polluted because of he suburbs and the urbans of what they do in action to contribute to pollution (that means making pollution, not helping it not happen). That pollution floats to other parts of the globe, which are naturally clean...but because of what causes half across the world, can harm them...or us if it's them. Either way, you get it? There actions are half way across the world, but they can servely hurt us even though we didn't do it. And whatever we do, they could feel it "in a way". It's like we're one person, spreaded across one globe.
