Proof here:  Higher quality version on Gelbooru. You know, every time I transfer an image from Gelbooru to Photobucket, the quality always diminishes. Why? I got beat out by a NEET...
You probably have the upload dimensions set to a certain setting on photobucket, so it will always upload your images to a certain dimension. You can change it.
Also, I never really thought that Utsuho was THAT big, but it's what I commonly see, so I'll just go with it.

In the games they're pretty much all flat thou~ except maybye of Alphe's version of Yuugi. :0 I can't really see touhou characters with chests, thank you ZUN!
