Icarus City is known as the floating city. No one is exactly sure as to how it started floating, or how it stays afloat, but it is home to many people. The people who live here are mostly scientists, but some humans, or human-hybrids have chosen to make their lives here. The Outer Rim is the very edge of the city, protected by a large wall, so that no one falls off.
