"The rupture!" A voice boomed from the shadows of the buildings.

With the collapse of a number of construction massive shadows burst out from rubble and destruction followed by a clash of power that twisted upon themselves and spread in a cyclone to amass further devastation.

Skidding to a brake a demon stood.

"Tch! Waste of space.." One demon glowered. Its body was a dark teal, it's eyes a charming blue; horns hung down from its forehead while it's hair was slicked back into a long pony-tail that reached its waist. A rock-hard tail detailed with obsidian rocks flailed and cracked the ground beneath it with not even a brush of it's power. "I'll annihilate you here and now!" It roared as it spread its arm and let its power spread.

"You men are all the ssssaame!" A female voiced hissed as it slithered out from beneath the rubble that surrounded them. With hypnotic movement it stood a grand seven feet, but the lower snake-like part of it stretched and extra eleven as it stared down at the teal colored demon with its black olived eyes. "You will be the one that dies! Shiya!" The Naga hissed as it gaped its mouth two feet wide to release her own demonic aura to battle against it's foe.

"You lowly ranking demons! All you have is talk - I'll show you true power!" A hollow, but deep voiced echoed out as it popped from the earth beneath. To the side of the Naga and demon stood a collosal twelve foot rock demon, it's body chiseled perfectly with what could be mistaken for white marble. With a single step of it's heavy foot it's energy spread like wildfire, struggling with the other two energies in a twister of colors.

"Hehehe! You demons!" A child's voice chimed in. "Compared to me, you are nothing~"

"!"
"!"
"!"

Never faltering from their battle for power each demon glanced around to find the voice, but failed.

"Bye bye~" In a vortex of darkness the demons were pulled together at the center of their battlefield, crushed energy and all, into a large ball of dark energy which shrunk into the size of a pebble and into the delicate hands of a child.

"Heheh~ Low class." The girl giggled as she rolled the ball of energy around her palm with care. "Even with all that energy they resonated they can't escape...how sad." She pouted, making a teary eyed face before turning to look at where the rupture had been.

It was already gone.

"...Aww!" She whined and pouted. "Someone already took the chance! BOOO!!" She cried out, floating cross-legged with one cheek puffed out.

"Maybe if you wasted less time in playing you would have seen the escape.." The red-haired Len spoke from the darkness of a fallen roof. With slight irritation the girl dotted her eyes and glared at the boy.

"Well...they were annoying anyways.." Linith defended herself as she continued to toy with the ball of crackling energy at her palm. "It's not like I wanted to go to the otherside anyways. It smells funny!" She huffed, floating away from Len.

"..It's better than here."

"Shut up, Len!" Linith yelled, threatening to flick the pebble at him with her childish glare. That caused Len to stand straight and brace for a run which caused her lips to spread into a fangy grin. "Now now, Len ~ I wouldn't' hurt you. After all, boss will be mad if I killed you." She said with a sad face, flicking the pebble else where in northeast.

It sped through the buildings with penetration speed, and elsewhere in Northeast the energy was released in an explosion of energy, no doubt clearing the destination and destroying the demons who were not strong enough to survive.

Linith just smiled. "..Did you sign up for the tournament?" She dragged, floating closer to the dark-eyed boy with a quizzitive twiist of lips. The boy didn't answer so she took that as a 'yes'. "..I need to sign up, too, Len! Tomorrow you will help me with the rupture. We'll split up in groups, OK! And if you find it protect it until I get there. Even if it costs you youre life, you got that?!" She pressed on, her finger flattening her nose as she glared away.

"..It's almost time. This barrier is already breaking apart. That must be Ian's doing." Linith declared.

"No." Len interrupted. "It isn't just him.."

Curious Linith turned to the boy and tilted her head cutely. "..Wha? Do you know something Len?" She asked, floating higher to press her head against his, insisting for answers. "Leeen!"

But the boy didn't respond.
