I know some of you may be confused on how the virus was started and how the characters are connected, so I'm going to explain each character's story. I know I probably should have posted this earlier, but I want all the characters to somehow be connected and I am posting this so that there is no more confusion. I haven't come up with the stories for the new people and I would love for them to send me a story that connects them with everybody else and the virus, but please read all of the stories first.
If anyone has a problem with their characters story, please contact me and let me know, or if you want to change something in your story.

~Zera~  Zera was originally born in Ireland where her parents had created a virus to help cured diseases. Zera was only five years old when there was a house fire and her parents were killed when the house exploded, only her and her sister, Annalisa, got out. Zera only remembers catching her mother's head right after the explosion and has flash backs to that horrible day, but little did she know that other scientists killed her parents to steal the virus. Zera and her sister were sent to the United States to be put into a foster home. Since the age of 8, Zera had been training herself to fight, but she only did it to get the memory of her mother out of her head, she didn't know it would come in handy in the future. Zera also training her little sister a bit, and at the age of 14 the zombie infection was let out and she had some how been separated from her sister and spent five years searching for her until she met Jack.~Annalisa~  Annalisa barely remembers her blood parents, but remembers her older sister always there for her even when they switched from foster home to foster home until they finally got to stay somewhere. That's where they met their foster brother, Zane, but he never really seemed to like them. Then the zombie infection came and they were separated after Zera and Annalisa had to kill their foster parents. Annalisa was only 13 at the time and only used the things Zera had taught her and whatever new skills she learned along the way. Annalisa spent five years searching for her sister as well until she hid inside an Army Surplus to get away from zombies.~Zane~   Zane was perfectly happy being an only child with his two loving parents, he didn't want sisters. Once his new sisters moved in his parents started paying more attention to them and be began to hate them, but when he tried getting them in trouble a lot his parents yelled at him for the first time in his life, so he ran away only a couple days before the zombie infection hit their town. Zane tried fighting a group of fasts ones off, but he failed and was turned into a fast zombie. He quickly came to like his new abilities as he went around killing people, then he went back to his house to kill his foster sisters, Zera and Annalisa, but they were both gone. Zane came up with a plan to make the best zombie army ever and spent five years building that army while he was searching for revenge. He finally found them at an airport and sent his army after his sisters and who ever was with them.

~Onyx~  Onyx was a rebellious kid, but didn't expect to lose her parents. Her father died in a car accident and her mother had a stroke, with both parents gone she moved in with her aunt and uncle on her dad's side. She would of moved in with her other aunt and uncle on her mom's side but they died when she was 3 years old, but before they died she was good friends with her cousins Annalisa and Zera. After her aunt and uncle died she moved to the United States, where she snuck out of the house a lot to hang out with her only friend Nic. When the zombies hit she figured she was better off alone so she tried to leave town, but she was hit by a car and was robbed. A man found her and patched her up, then they flew to Ireland to find the sanctuary, but the man didn't make it far.~Taylor~   Before Taylor was born her parents helped create the virus with their neighbors, Zera and Annalisa's blood parents. When other scientists came fore the virus Taylor's parents quickly grabbed their stuff and Taylor when she was an infant and got away without the scientists ever knowing they helped create the virus. They never moved out of Ireland and when the infection took over, Taylor's parents tried to come up with a cure before it was too late, but had no success and Taylor's mother was soon infected. After she died Taylor's dad was devastated and committed suicide leaving Taylor, at the age of 8 or 10 years old, to fend for herself.~Nic~  Nic had always lived on the streets not ever knowing her family and survived how ever she could. She met a girl, Onyx and quickly became friends with her before the infection took over. When the zombies came Nic had to do whatever she could to survive even if it meant leaving her friend behind. She net up with a man who was gathering survivors and they set of to Ireland on a boat, but a storm came and the boat didn't last. Nic used pieces of the boat to float on and made her way to Ireland.

~Jack~  Jack was an agent working for the government to find and dispose of the virus before someone else got their hands on it, but he never got the chance to get close to the virus because it had already been stolen and the creators killed many years before he found where it had been created. He was in the city of the first outbreak, the city where Zera's parents lived many years ago. He snuck out using his tracuer skills, despite the governments attempts to contain and destroy the area. Jack ran as fast as he could, the infection always catching up with him in every town he took time to rest in. Eventually he held up on the roof of a Walmart building in the US, and with that he met Harold and was turned into a zombie.~Cody~  Cody was born and raised in the first town to ever get the infection, and he survived in a group of special ops soldiers who were assigned to guard his parents when the zombie infection got out. His parents were scientists that were trying to find a cure for the virus and, as Cody thought, they were mostly the cause for the virus, but he didn't know that they killed the real scientists who created the virus and stole it to make their own experiments and tried to make a cure since a cure had never been made. A cure was almost made by the original scientists, Zera and Annalisa's blood parents, but they were killed before they could finish it and all their notes were burned in the house fire. Cody was trained by the special ops soldiers to become an assassin to eliminate any survivors who may have the infection, and was left to complete these orders.

~Iris~   ~Ghislain~  Ghislain was in the German military before the infection broke out, though what branch he was in couldn't be found. He's a bonified genius, majoring in over 13 different sciences, including genetics, biochemical engineering, and sociology. With this in mind, he was an ideal choice for an independant Irish pharmaceutical company, researching a new "miracle drug". Before he left, the German government asked him to see if there was anyway that the medicine could be advantagious to Germany, and naturally, he agreed. He set out for Ireland a year later, with a team of German scientists, one being the love of his life. They reached their destination, and were inducted without incident. Then the company told them the miracle drug was actually a virus, and it had turned the patients into something not entirely human, but they didn't tell him that it had been stolen. Ghislain instantly saw the oppurtunity to benefit his homeland, and their private group began secret experiments on the infected. There were a total of 13 experiments, each one a perfect soldier and stronger than any normal infected. But then one of the scientists slipped up, and the virus was released, along with a horde of infected, including the 13 experimental "super soldiers" Ghislain attempted to hunt down his creations, slowly losing members from his team to each, until it was just him and his girlfriend. They attempted to hunt the last 9 of the experiments, and were on the trail of No.13 "The Juggernaut". It ambushed them while they were sleeping one night, and it bit his girlfriend, and ran. Ghislain attempted to use the vials one person from the corperation had developed as a safegaurd, but they only slowed the transformation. He held onto hope until the day she tried to bite him, then reverted back to herself. She looked at him, begging him to put her out of her misery, then he looked down at her, put a gun to her head, and gave her the last gift he would give her: Freedom.
He walked away from the scene without a tear, though it was tearing him up inside without him knowing it, causing him to be partially insane. He hid in the sewers of an Irish town for the next few years, killing whatever zombie came to him, and laying in his hide away in a drunken sorrow.~Chris~
