Okay. So I'm here because (long story short) someone sent me a PM after someone sent them a PM because these things are linked to email accounts now and thus, email notification! Curiosity!
Anyways. I haven't been here for like..two years...and I was kinda wondering what the headcount's like? How many people from two years ago (and more) are still around (or that I'd recognise or vice versa)?
I'm here because I noticed one of my old banners in the randomising guild banner. At least it isn't one that makes me cringe from how bad it is razz
Oh, and Hairy Priest? I still have the animation involving you (your avatar at the time, anyway) and a series of 'disturbing pictures' involving the Doctor... Be proud. It was my first flash button ever and since then, I've (been in teams who have) won national animation awards. blaugh

It was my first flash button ever and since then, I've (been in teams who have) won national animation awards. blaugh Uh... that's disturbing. I wonder if I can find that animation and use it as blackmail sometime in the future... razz I can't figure out why the picture on the Guild's front page doesn't show up. I got here via Hairy Priest nudging me. I'm technically still here, around Gaia, but not lately anymore. Things you grow out of, I guess, and I'm clinging on to Gaia 'cause of this guild and you guys, or else I wouldn't have bothered. sweatdrop

Hi! biggrin I'm still sort of here too. Except I got hacked back in May, it took forever for them to give me control of this account back, and they didn't bother unfreezing my trading pass or give me back any of the large list of my best stuff that the hacker sold on my own MP shop before the freezing. So I've been pretty ticked off. And I spend a lot of time on FB playing games like Farmville, Pirates Ahoy & Legacy of a Thousand Suns. Being here for the Christmas Event has been the most time I've spent here for ages.

Hopefully my wife never finds out about it... gonk Waaitt...what were you thinking of??? (Do you remember why you were 'sushi man'?? I don't really...) And pfft. It was just the one Colin Baker fan and the rest of us in for the fun of a challenge. Hi Eirwyn!! I just amused myself by recognising you by your font colour and the fact that it was bold. ...and not your username. Heh... sweatdrop Teh crazy artwork was phenomenal. Finding a whole lot of the old stuff on photobucket made me laugh for like..an hour straight...

Well, this is my "voice" here, so it should be recognisable, right? smile
I think Hairy became Sushi Man because he was wearing the squid outfit for a while when it first came out. I remember making jokes about him being sushi, don't know if that led to the name or not.
My favorite of the old artwork Time Lady did was that set of stick-figure Doctors. And then Roobarb animated them. xd And we thought 1 looked like Yoda. rofl

Actually, I still have the head somewhere. Not sure where the cyberman costume went though. K-9 is still here though... It's funny cause um..we kinda took the dalek to school...and left it there, in a corner of the center (locker area) for a year...and then it was under the stairs...and then eventually, some other people found it and while I was teaching a teacher (don't ask..) during a lunchtime, there was a sudden rush outside the window. Girls running...and then the dalek going past. At least it lasted a long time...I guess..We had to go rescue the dalek from it's new enslavers. By which point we decided it would be best if we put it out of it's misery...so we severed the head from the body and just kept that. (This was after the maybe 10th time I'd repared the 'hinge' between head and body. If I remember correctly, there were three types of glue, two types of tape and fabric involved...) The owls...that was pirpi-chan...or something, right? Ehh..let's just wander over to the art subforum and check... Ohh!! I have those animations somewhere...

I thought that was the finished Dalek. Or, at least that's what timelady called it. And I had to wade waaaaay back into the main forum to find that thread. Hang on... it was in that Four Timelords and a Janet video. Let me double-check. (watches) Oh, yeah, I guess you folks did end up shoving a plunger and egg-whisk into the thing. I stand corrected. There was a Cyberman and K-9, too? Ah, yes, pirpi-chan. That was her. Looks like she's abandoned her Gaia account. But she's apparently still active on deviantart (here Hoo account is here). I don't think I ever saw these Roobarb animations you and Eirwyn mentioned. Might have been back around the time when I dropped out because I felt sick (possibly from fish over-consumption, of all things).
