(( If anyone was curious, I will crit back for any crit given! Just drop me a link! Thank you!!)) People travel to wonder at the height of the mountains, at the huge waves of the seas, at the long course of the rivers, at the vast compass of the ocean, at the circular motion of the stars, and yet they pass by themselves without wondering.St. Augustine
Name ✦ Benjamin Peter Gallo
Nickname ✦ Peter. No one calls him by his first name unless he’s in trouble with his parents. Which… is more common than he likes to admit.
Age ✦ 10
Birthday ✦ November 29
Sign ✦ Sagittarius
Gemstone ✦ Turquoise
Blood Type ✦ A+
Fav. Food ✦ Grilled cheese with ketchup, his mother’s lasagna, and strawberry ice cream!
Hated Food ✦ Spicy food; not only does he not like the taste, but he can’t stand the smell. He claims he can smell uncooked peppers from the other side of the house. Green stuff (or stuff that once had green stuff attached to it), unless it is mixed into something or unrecognizable, such as extra cheesy broccoli casserole; then it’s tolerable. Fish; it tastes nasty and smells gross, like cat food. Besides, he Googled “catfish” and found out that they ate poop, so now he’s definitely never eating that stuff.
School ✦ Knightside Elementary (4th grade)
✦ Hobbies ✦
Cub Scouts ✦ It was originally his mother’s idea since she had been a Girl Scout in her youth and had wanted her youngest to have a bigger outlet for his energy. Besides, it would get him acquainted with outdoor team building activities and allow him to run around with little boys his age, especially since his brothers are so much older.
Peter started Cub Scouts in the first grade and instantly loved it. Not only was he able to get outside and have fun, but he also got to learn about lots of new and interesting things. He can now tell you the difference between poison ivy and poison oak. And then he’d use his Smart Phone’s “Plant Identification” application to tell you more about why you’re suddenly itching than you ever needed to know.
Little League ✦ Both of his older brothers played baseball when they were little, and his second oldest brother is actually going to college on a baseball scholarship, so it was only natural for Peter to be signed up to play Little League, as well. It seems to help harness his competitive streak, so his parents are glad he’s actually focusing his undying need to win towards a healthy, structured activity, as well as teach him good sportsmanship in the process. No, he’s not happy for a few hours if his team loses, but at least he won’t throw a fit about it… unlike after losing in a board game.
Travel Channel ✦ Unlike other little boys and girls his age, he has no interest in watching the typical cartoons or other silly children’s shows. No, Peter is interested in a more sophisticated learning experience in which he is introduced to the world he has yet to encounter, because of his age. That, and Samantha Brown is omg his hero.
He started watching the Travel Channel one night with his father when he was… actually, he isn’t sure how young he was, but he claims he was three… and it has been his favorite channel to watch, ever since. Sure, the History and Discovery channels have interesting things on it from time to time, but it’s always a hit or miss for him. Sam Brown, though, the “Travel Channel Goddess,” according to the Travel Channel website; he idolizes not only her, but also her job. He would love, love, love to make a living traveling the world and being paid to do it. Of course, he’s ten and has big dreams, so he’s going to try and shoot for the moon.
Googling/Surfing the Web ✦ Growing up in an already technological dependant society has really influenced Peter’s mindset. He uses the internet for just about everything, and if he can’t find something an adult says referenced somewhere on the internet, then they were obviously lying or making it up, spouting off nonsense to young, impressionable children. Instead of getting frustrated by insufficient answers he gets from questioning adults, he hops on the nearest computer, or pulls out his Smart Phone, in order to find out the answer for himself. Sure, he knows that not everything on the internet is true, but he can use it as a starting point for finding out more about what interests him.
He has also been lectured on the importance of being careful about giving out his identity, accidentally or otherwise, as well as websites that are inappropriate for young children. Peter was also promised that if he was caught playing with his phone in class, he wouldn’t be getting it back… so he has to wait until after school to check to see if his teacher was making stuff up or not. But he would much rather use the internet to look up things, like if that snake he swears he saw in the backyard is poisonous or not, or using a “Night Sky” application to find out if that bright dot is a star or a planet. He also uses it as a tool to further his creative process. If he wants learn more about a place Samantha went to, then he’ll pull it up on Google, and, more often than not, suggest it as a location for the next family vacation.
✦ Virtues: ✦
Audacious ✦ Peter doesn’t seem to have a timid bone in his body. He’s always the first to volunteer to solve a problem in math, always the first to ask to give his book reports, always the first to offer to clap erasers! When in a team, Peter is always willing to take the initiative and make the first steps towards success, especially if there’s a stalemate in decision making, he’ll try and convince the others to pick something to start off with and go with it. Peter has also been known to ask questions other kids his age might not want to ask their teachers or parents; the more difficult, philosophical questions that he can’t always find answers for via Google.
He is willing to try anything once. That nasty green food that he doesn’t like? He speaks from experience. It is unlikely for him to turn something down if he’s never tried it before, such as going to a new restaurant or visiting a new place. But he’s not stupid enough to trust just anyone when they ask if he wants to do something. He knows that smoking is illegal for him and wouldn’t try that, and he wouldn’t try to steal something, or try to hurt someone, because that wasn’t how he was raised. His audaciousness might make him seem headstrong or foolhardy, which he can be, a lot of the time, but that audaciousness still retains that common sense that lets him push boundaries, but also know when to stop.
Creative Thinker ✦ When there is need to come up with something new or original, Peter is all over it. It’s not even that he’s trying to think “outside of the box,” it’s that his mind just won’t stop coming up with different ways to do things. He is always imagining, always creating different realities in his head.
When he’s by himself, he likes to act out these amazing worlds he has created, jumping from an underwater kingdom and battling with sharks to space monkeys trying to take over a space station. Seeing him in a strange, paper and tape outfit, slinging mud-pies across the yard at an invisible enemy is nothing new for the Gallo family. He’s obviously just protecting the house from mutant earthworms with magical, brick-melting powers.
Wonders of the World ✦ Peter has a sincere interest and admiration for everything the natural world has to offer, and does his best to respect the world in whatever way he can. He doesn’t litter and makes sure to recycle everything he possibly can, even if they’re just tiny scraps of paper — he’ll just re-use those for a costume or project, later. No matter how used to he gets to a place, he will always find something to be in awe about, something that makes him breathless and filled with even more wonder; baby birds learning how to fly, ants building giant labyrinths underground and being able to carry thirty times their weight, the huge expanse of space and how the light from the stars he sees happened billions of years ago.
Of course, it’s kinda lame to tell the kids in his class that he likes nature, so he doesn’t really emphasize it. Instead, he makes sure to do what he can to stop others from potentially destroying something he has a high regard for. He’ll pick up the litter he sees his classmates dropping on the ground, tell them how littering is bad, and then tell on them to a teacher if they brush him off. His love for nature gives him a special love for animals, and will try his best to defend them if they are being bothered or hurt. The same can be said for plants, too, such as if flowers are being trampled on, he'll try and protect them, even if that means getting in trouble for shoving some other little kid. He was just saving the flowers! Jeez...
Never give up! Motivational/Encouraging ✦ Peter’s youthful optimism hates it when the people around him get discouraged and give up too easily. A cheerleader of sorts, Peter will happily encourage his teammates to keep going, even when they’re tired or have little chance of winning a game. Even though he hates losing, himself, he will do his best to make sure that those around him are also doing whatever they can to try and succeed. When a friend is having a bad day, Peter will try and console them and try to help them get out of their funk, even if that means doing something silly to cheer them up.
✦ Flaws ✦
You’re not my mom Defiant/Selective-Hearing ✦ If an adult is so obviously condescending to him, or tells him obvious lies, then Peter will automatically drop any kind of respect he is expected to have for them. Just because an adult is telling him to do something, it doesn’t mean he’s going to do it. Yes, he’ll reluctantly listen to a teacher he doesn’t like because he would totally get in trouble for that, but a babysitter or a random adult who is telling him he shouldn’t be doing something, well, it’s fair game for him to pull out the obnoxious brat attitude.
Of course, this show of defiance applies to adults he does respect, but in a more subtle way. Instead of making it obvious that he’s not going to listen to them he’ll just… not hear them. It works like a charm most of the time! Oh, he didn’t hear that he wasn’t supposed to be playing in the mud, or he didn’t hear that it was time to put away the art supplies because he was in the middle of a masterpiece. He wasn’t ignoring you! He was just busy Googling why tigers have stripes and imagining how he would look with stripes.
Sore Loser Overly Competitive ✦ Peter hates losing more than anything else. He’ll try and play it off that he’s fine with losing a game, but it’s difficult for him not to mope for a few hours. He doesn’t hold grudges, especially for things like a game, but it hurts his pride when he doesn’t come out on top.
He also has a bad habit of making competitions out of things that don’t need to be competitions. Perhaps it’s a way to motivate himself to be the best he can, but by involving others who don’t have anything to do with his made up games, it can get obnoxious very quickly. Seriously, Peter, no one but you cares how fast you can chug your chocolate milk, OR that you beat your friends in doing so.
Google says you’re wrong Smart a**/Know-it-all ✦ No, seriously. Peter would be more than happy to pull out his Smart Phone and search Google, making sure to pull up enough cross-references, just to prove that you’re wrong. He’ll also be happy to tell you why the sky is blue and that babies don’t come from storks. They come from a male and female having sex, duh.
Being a smart a** is directly tied to his defiance of stupid adults who think they can get away with treating children like they were born yesterday. He’s ten, not two. Sure, there are probably things that shouldn’t be explained to children, but unless it is explained to him that he is probably too young to understand or know, rather than a snarky, made-up lie, he will be happy to prove them wrong. And it would be wise not to try and be a smart a** back to him. First off, he knows that magic and giant monsters he makes up in his head don’t exist. That’s why it’s called fantasy, and there is a whole genre dedicated to things that don’t exist.
Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire Exaggerater/Understater ✦ Peter has a bad habit of lying about things, which is rather hypocritical since he doesn’t like being lied to, but it’s not like he’s doing it to hurt anyone! He just tends to exaggerate the truth! He will play off a tiny scratch as a magnificent battle wound, but when he’s actually hurt he’ll exaggerate by downplaying it, not wanting to be confided to bed or taken to the doctor.
It all depends on the situation for Peter, whether or not he wants to freeze and stay outside in the snow longer, claiming he’s fine, or if he wants to babied and made hot chocolate because he was freezing, but didn’t think it was okay for him to go inside yet. He’ll also spout off his imagined worlds to anyone willing to listen, and will sometimes use those imaginary adventures he has as an excuse for why he didn’t finish his homework.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes ✦ Goldenrod, bright and vibrant and youthful.
Hair ✦ Auburn-red/brown in color, short-ish and attempted to be brushed, but his hair rarely stays in one place for long. There seems to be a permanent cow-lick in the back, and despite his mother’s attempt to tame his hair, it ends up sticking out at odd angles, anyway. It gives him that devil-may-care and/or ragamuffin look.
Face ✦ Youthfully oval in shape with dimples in his cheeks when he smiles. When he smiles it’s also noticeable that he’d just lost one of his top incisors, right next to his canine! But it’s cool, ‘cause now he can make annoying whistling noises through the hole by blowing and sucking in air. Sticking a straw through the gap is cool, too. And his personal Tooth Fairy is loaded! He got ten dollars for that sucker!
Clothes ✦ Knightside Elementary Uniform (To his horror... Have you seen the bow?!) He would much rather be in a tee-shirt and shorts... and pretend not to hear as his mom yells at him to tie his shoes.

The universe is full of magical things patiently waiting for our wits to grow sharper.Eden Phillpotts
Senshi ✦ Sailor Chibi Oberon, Senshi of Adventure
Challenge ✦ "Choose your own adventure!!" 8[
✦ Fuku Colour ✦ Main Color ✦ Chocolate/Auburn Brown Secondary Color ✦ Royal/Persian Blue... and if there's a tertiary color, maybe a red?
✦ Fuku ✦ Kind of a Boy Scout meets Indiana Jones inspired outfit, but with shorts and hiking boots, with one of the shoe laces untied, and the Boy Scout bandana for the collar. Possibly even a bit of fairy royalty would be fun/cute. (LOL) Of course, I'm not sure he'd appreciate fairy wings AND buttwings once Eternal. But some kind of mythological... something... would tie in nicely with the Oberon of lore. A brown felt fedora, like what Indie wears, would be amazing, but could also be held off on until his Super or even Eternal stage. He definitely doesn't need the Boy Scout cap, though. Bows would be precious! I just can’t think of how to make it work. Maybe a butt bow if it looks good? He would probably rip off the choker every time he henshined up, so it might be better to nix anything around his neck, if possible.
Not really sure what else I can include... But here are some of the adventurers (fictional and non) that I drew inspiration from! 8D (And links to their wiki pages.) Amelia Earhart, Dr. David Livingstone, President Theodore Roosevelt, Odysseus, Tom Swift, Indiana Jones, Link, Lara Croft, and Jonny Quest
✦ Attacks ✦
Sailor Scout Attack ✦ Adventure is Out There Sailor Chibi Oberon will run up and tag a teammate to give them a tiny morale boost to get them through the perils of their mission. You can do it!
- He can tag up to two people, teammate or enemy. A third person would be his final limit. - He also has to touch the person for the boost to actually work. - It lasts only thirty seconds, but it's enough time for his teammate to get pumped and take action! - A drawback is that it might influence a bit of careless, or rash action. - The attack can influence anyone, "good" and "bad".
Super Sailor Scout Attack ✦ Adventure Beckons Sailor Chibi Oberon will run up and tag a teammate to give them a slightly bigger morale boost to get them through the perils of their mission. Go go go!
- He can give this slightly bigger morale boost to two people, or the equivalent of his first attack to four. A third person for the slightly bigger boost would be his final limit, while the fifth for the tiny boost would be his final limit. - Like the first attack, he has to touch the person for them to gain anything from his attack. - It still lasts only thirty seconds, but hopefully his teammate will be encouraged even more than before! - A drawback is that, the bigger the boost, the more stupid, reckless things those affected might be encouraged to do. - The attack can influence anyone.
He can mix and match the power boosts, too. One bigger and three small
Eternal Sailor Attack ✦ Spirit of Adventure Sailor Chibi Oberon will run up and tag a teammate, giving them the ability to perform physical feats they wouldn’t have been able to accomplish before! Momentary boost in speed, agility, power, etc.
- He can give two teammates a boost for his final attack, and a third would be his limit. - He has to touch them. - It lasts just as long as the other two attacks — thirty seconds. - Drawback is that those he tags will be even more inclined to be stupid and expect to succeed, although... they have reason to think that, because that's what the attack is for: giving them a boost to do things they usually can't do. - The attack can influence anyone.

If we do not find anything very pleasant, at least we shall find something new.Voltaire
✦ Admiral Benjamin “Beau” Matthew Gallo (father) ✦ Age 60 Peter's dad is one of seven kids. Seven! That means that there's a lot of cousins! They try to get together at least once a year for a family reunion, but with everyone doing their own things, sometimes one or two people don't make it there. Peter loves the family reunions, though, because they always go someplace new.
Oh! And his dad is also an Admiral in the Navy! Of course, he's also kinda old, so it was just a matter of time, really. Either way, his dad is pretty cool. He can do a lot of things, like order people around and go to big, important meetings. But he also plays with Peter, too. Throwing ball and telling him lots of stories about his adventures in the Navy.
✦ Claire Marie Merlo Gallo (mother) ✦ Age 55 Peter's mom is one of six kids, so there are even more children on this side of the family! But they don't have cool family reunions like his dad's side. She likes to host parties and do lots of craft things. One year she made dozens of scarfs, and then the next year she painted, and then she picked up sewing... She never seems to be able to settle on a hobby, but she always makes sure she's dressed nicely and is always ready for a get together with neighbors or family and friends.
✦ Ensign Michael John Gallo (oldest brother) ✦ Age 25 Michael is awesome! The best older brother a kid could have! Sure, he's fifteen years older than him, but that's okay. He's in the Navy and always brings presents for him from the different places he's visited! Peter loves sitting and listening to all the stories Michael tells him, and sometimes wishes he could go with him. It would be more exciting than the suburbs of Destiny City, at least.
✦ Christopher Luke Gallo (older brother) ✦ Age 18 Chris is a baseball player for DCU. He also plays the guitar and does architecture stuff. He's not very nice, though. Or at least not to Peter! Their mother says it's because they both have a competitive streak and that Chris just gets frustrated with a little brother who follows him around. Peter knows the truth, though. Chris is just a jerk face, clearly jealous that, as the youngest of three, Peter gets all the best stuff from their parents, like his awesome Smart Phone with internet access.
✦ Annabel Lee (Finnish Spitz) ✦ Age 3 — Adopted a little less than two years ago. He liked Annabel, but she was pretty much his older brother's dog and now that Chris took her to DCU with him, Peter doesn't see her unless Chris comes home to visit... which doesn't usually happen, unless their mother makes lasagna.
✦ Eleonora (Golden Retriever) ✦ Deceased at 15 years when Peter was 4. Actually, he doesn't remember her very well, but he swears that she once saved him from a rabid opossum in the back yard when he was two.

Space, the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its 5-year mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before.Captain Kirk
✦ Benjamin Peter Gallo ✦ Age 10 Benjamin is a Hebrew name meaning "son of the south" or "son of the right hand". In the Old Testament, Benjamin was the youngest of Jacob's twelve sons. Peter is derived from the Greek word for "stone". Gallo is an Italian surname meaning "rooster".
Education ✦ Well, Peter's in the 4th grade at Knightside Elementary, and being in elementary school, he isn't really expected to think about what he wants to focus on in high school and whatever college he decides to go to. Of course, if you ask Peter, and he trusts you not to make fun of him, he'll let you know that he would love to be just like Samantha Brown from the Travel Channel. She gets to travel the world and is paid to do it! How much more awesome could someone's job be??
But don't worry! He has a few backup plans incase he's unable to get his own television show. These backup occupations include: astronaut, CIA agent, FBI agent, Air Force pilot, and treasure hunter.
Religion ✦ His family is Roman Catholic, and he goes to church every Sunday 'cause his parents make him, and every other Sunday he has to be an Altar Server, and he figures it's a pretty important thing... but he doesn't really understand it all that well. Sure, he can tell you some of his favorite Bible stories, or that he was named after the first Pope, the "rock" of the church or whatever, but he hasn't decided if this religion thing is some kind of elaborate lie people made up. After all, how can there be so many religions, yet pretty much all of them claim to be the "true" religion? He just figures he'll go along with it to make his parents happy, but thinks adults are generally full of crap. Oh! But this Jesus guy seems pretty cool. He must have had some sense of humor, otherwise no one would want to hang out with him, right?
✦ Oberon ✦ Moon ✦ Discovered by William Herschel in 1787, Oberon is the second largest and second most massive moon of Uranus, but is the farthest orbiting of the five major moons. Oberon is also known as Uranus IV. It is also the ninth most massive moon in the Solar System. The surface is dark and slightly red in color, covered in craters from comet and asteroid impact.
Mythology ✦ Oberon is a legendary king of the fairies in medieval and Renaissance literature, and husband to Titiania, the queen of the fairies. Oberon is best known for his role in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Many myths surround Oberon's status and origins, including him being referenced in Merovingian legend, and could be a reference to Freyr or Ing, who is the traditional 'King of the Elves' in Germanic mythology.
The name Oberon was first used in the 13th century in a French song, in which Oberon is a fairy dawrf, or a really small elf who was cursed by another fairy, but felt bad and gave Oberon great beauty in compensation. Oberon also appears in a 13th century French courtly fantasy that is based on a shred of 9th century fact. He has also given some Celtic trappings, such as a magical cup (similar to the Holy Grail) that is ever-full for the virtuous: "The magic cup supplied their evening meal; for such was its virtue that it afforded not only wine, but more solid fare when desired" according to Thomas Bulfinch. In this story he is said to be the child of Morgan le Fay (Morgana from Arthurian legend) and Julius Caesar.
Why Oberon? ✦ Originally I was going to use Puck, but Robin Goodfellow is better known for his mischievous nature, and Puck was kinda harsh sounding for a chibi... Also, I kept thinking about Glee. D8
I still wanted to use a name connected to an adventurous identity and thought of using the asteroid Odysseus, but Odysseus seemed much too serious. There was too much heartbreak in his mythology. I wanted a more carefree spirit. A name connected to someone lively and playful, but still down to Earth when the situation called for it.
Oberon, the king of the fairies, was the perfect choice, to me at least. Especially since he's in the same league with Puck. When I think of fairies, I think of mysterious places no human has seen, and traveling the world with the seasons, so it definitely matched up with "Adventure" for me.
✦ Adventure ✦ Definition ✦ Noun: An exciting or very unusual experience. ✦ Participation in exciting undertakings or enterprises: the spirit of adventure. ✦ A bold, usually risky undertaking; hazardous action of uncertain outcome. ✦ A commercial or financial speculation of any kind; venture. ✦ Obsolete: (a.) peril; danger; risk. (b.) chance; fortune; luck.
Verb (used with object): To risk or hazard. ✦ To take the chance of; dare. ✦ To venture to say or utter: to adventure an opinion.
Verb (used without object) To take the risk involved. ✦ To venture; hazard.

Hello Guine, I don't have too many problems with Chibi Sailor Oberan. I agree with you that your challenge needs work, though i can see you are working on it. It'll come to you eventually. Another concern I have are your senshi attacks. What would Oberan do if he were cornered and alone? They all seem very supportive and an adventurer should always some something backed up to get his way out of a tricky situation. Possibly at least one attack could be used as a more offensive 'tag'. I'd suggest something of a radar(or compass arrow) that auto-navigates other senshi attacks to the enemy, or a belt-bull whip attack to at least fend someone off. With that said I enjoy Peter as a kid, he reminds me of my annoying cousin, haha. I can see him being quite a personality and a very eager young leader to be reckoned with. Crit back please?

Ariadelle - Chibi attacks are actually suppose to be more fail than normal senshi and most senshi like this, Re: hugbell, normally end up running and hoping for help or eventually winging it and hoping that it's not TOO big and TOO scary. I mean like even if he did have an offensive attack it's suppose to fail more times than it actually hits. >>; (I actually had this problem when I was coming up with attacks and had mouse help me..... sooooooo....)
ANYWAYS actual crit-

Thanks you two!
Ari • Yeah, I figured that if Oberon got into trouble, he'd either run away, or hope that someone would save him... or that (if it was a Nega) they would take pity on such an adorable snot-nosed little brat child.
I know that his attacks kinda suck, but since he's ten and just a chibi, it seemed much more suitable. XD;
And you have no idea how much I love and have loved the idea of a compass or sorts for an attack, but I think that would swerve too far away from "adventure".
Thank you! I've actually based him off of a mix of a handful of my own younger cousins! Ahahaha.... brats... DX
LP • HMMM... I'm not sure. I have a bad feeling that I'm going to be super picky with his Challenge. Ha ha! Maybe I'll just have to wait for it to come to me. 8D
Update • I added the two missing sections from before, as well as a decent chunk of information on Peter, Oberon, and Adventure in general. <3 Thank you for looking!

Hi Guine, how about something like "Time to explore!" for a challenge?
I like his flaws and virtues set - the 'you're not my Mum' flaw made me laugh as I get that all the time from my second youngest godchild who can be a real brat xd
The senshi attacks work for me as well, about the only thing I'd suggest is spelling out how long his 'attacks' last. 30 secs? I minute?
Sorry not more of a crit

EEEE! I love Peter. He's so damn cute. His flaws/virtues are really insightful and totally make Peter feel like a very real and pretty normal little boy. He totally reminds me of a couple kids I went to school with.
It's all well thought out and explained. So all I have are few questions (mostly because I'm really curious). Maybe they'll be helpful, maybe not:
1- How many badges does Peter have? Is he an avid badge collector? When and where do the meetings take place? I'm only really wondering about the meetings because every troop is different. Maybe it's at school or a leader's house on the weekend. Example: I did girl guides as a kid and in the early stages the meetings were one day, at school during lunch. As I got older they were at night (on a school night), at a church. It might help to get idea of what his schedule is like and where he is/when.
2-Why does he have a smart phone? Is it just a 'all the cool kids these days have one' thing, or is it because his parents are protective and want to make sure they can get a hold of him at any time/ any where?
3- Does his imagination ever get carried away? Does it cause problems for him: i.e. is he prone to exaggerating/making stuff up on school work? How does he feel about the fact there are real monsters running around, does it make him more vigilant about protecting the house?
4-His motivational trait: is it restricted to people he likes and knows (classmates, family, teammates) or would he cheer up/motivate a stranger/ someone he disliked if he found them upset/crying?
5-How does Peter feel about white lies? I know he dislikes being told lies from adults, what about other children (younger or even slight older). How would he react if someone he respected told him a lie?
6- Attack wise, can you just clarify this: Peter needs to touch the person for the boost to work, but does he have to be touching that person for the full 30 seconds for it to work or is just a quick tap?

Thanks for the crit! <33 I'll try to answer your questions as I think about what to add/subtract from his profile.
1 — He's really competitive, so I would guess that he probably has a good number of merit badges for his age. Like, maybe a dozen or so. There are over 120 of them, so he's got a while to go, but he's also not even in regular Boy Scouts just yet. But it's safe to say that he definitely wants to collect them all! 8D For where they meet, it's probably at a different person's house each week. Just so his mom can show off her cooking and baking skills.
2 — He has a smart phone because it's more useful than a DS or PSP. He can take pictures with it, he has music on it, and he can surf the web. Oh, and he can also call his mom when he's ready to come home from a friend's house. Basically, it's what he wanted and suits his needs for internet surfing. That, and an iPad is too big to carry around in his pocket.
3 — Oh definitely! He could tell his parents that he's a Sailor Scout and they'd probably just give him a pat on the head and send him out back. He'd probably get a bit paranoid once he finds out there are real monsters running around, but it's not like his attacks can do much. :[
4 — Nah, even if he doesn't like someone, he'd try and cheer them up or at least get them to suck it up and stop being a baby. He's the ten-year-old, not them. He can be motivational and not very nice about it, after all. XD;
5 — It would probably depend on the lie. If they're obvious about it, he'd probably not like it, but if they really meant it in a way so he wasn't hurt, then he would probably just play along with it or humor them this once.
6 — Fixed! Just a tag to make it work. <3

I think you might want to add a little extra explanation of how his eternal power boost would manifest in RP (i.e. he tags you and a regular senshi suddenly has the strength/speed/agility of a super senshi!) if you do manage to win this character, but as it stands, this is a solid concept!
