Proto Ark Tsuranai ya but the risk of death increases a 100 fold.... And I don't think the monsters will be as predictable in real life. razz True there Ark, a lagi in real life wouldnt just stand there for a few seconds, or Jinouga wouldnt just start charging up randomly like that, he'd do sumthin to keep you off, then charge, then re-attack :B the game has no real AI yet so its not so fun as Beru in frontier, but he has a glitch that makes him stupid lol

But also in real life, a clean cut down the neck is fatal biggrin and you could duck and weave through and between the legs of a rampaging wyvern without evasion +2!!!.
It's easier for us to die on both ends, funny thing is, with armor like that, it would be better to just to wear nothing so you can keep your mobility and blocking a fire ball might be possible, but not something like the Barroth trucking at you.

I'd hate to admit this, but if you shaved a few inches off the long sword, it'd be the ideal weapon for real life monster hunting. Long enough to sever limbs, katana-like weapons are amongst the sharpest in the world and lastly, it's light and easy to move with (after shaving off a few inches). Of course I'd try and bring 3 or 4 of these since they might break, but again they are really light.
