Hey everyone. This is my first video game review to post. The game is Final Fantasy for the NES. So let's begin.

Story.

You take control of four characters (whom you can name and set classes for) whose destiny it is to save the world from Chaos. Each of these four characters holds an orb that embodies the elemental power of the world. Along your journey, you meet many different kinds of people and fight many powerful monsters. From humans to dwarves, all races are present in this world.

Gameplay

This game has four different screens. The overworld map, which is a smaller representation of the world. This is the screen that you use to travel to different towns and fight random monsters. Then there is the town map. It represents whichever town you are in and usually has a number of equipment shops, an Inn and a Clinic. Then there is the dungeon screen. Much like the overworld screen, you will face random encounters while trying to make your way through a complex cave. At the end there is usually a powerful monster who must be defeated for you to gain a key item. Finally there is a menu screen. This is used to equip your party, use items, or cast spells.

The battle system in this game is a menu based turn system. You select what you want each party member to do and then they do it. Depending on classes, you can cast spells, flee, attack, or use an item.

Graphics.

For its time, Final Fantasy had great 8 bit sprites. The overworld looked immaculate as well and had several different kinds of terrain from grass to forests to deserts.

Personal opinion

Final Fantasy is the epitome of a great RPG. From the character customization to the great storyline, this game is a must play for any die hard RPG fan. There are a few minor glitches and issues with the game but nothing that takes away from the overall playability. The story is great and it sucks you right in from the very beginning. There are great plot twists that will leave you speechless and wondering WTF just happened.

The class upgrade is by far my favorite thing about the game. Once you get a specific item, all four members of your party "evolve" into a better form of their base class.

If I were to rate this game it would go something like this:

Gameplay: 9/10
Story: 9/10
Graphics: 5/10
Re-playability: 10/10

For an overall score of 8.25/10. Which ranks the game as YOU BETTER EFFIN PLAY IT!!!

Umm right now I don't see any flaws or things I can criticize you on...looks like a decent review to me.

P.S. I have a few games I'm playing right now and once I finish those I'll throw up some reviews also.

This is a review for Mass Effect.

Story
You play as Commander Shepard. Shepard is onboard the SSV Normandy heading to the human colony Eden Prime. The mission is to pick up an ancient alien beacon tha had been unearthed and to test Shepard for qualification to enter the Citadel's Spectres. Shepard arrive to find Eden Prime is being attacked by synthetic forces led by Saren, a rogue Spectre. Saren soon leaves after your arrival and Shepard goes to the Citadel Council to report the incident. They initially don't believe Shepard's accusations, but after some investigation, proof was found thus proving Saren's actions. Shepaed is then stated as a Specre, given the SSV Normandy, and tasked with bringing Saren in.

Gameplay
Mass Effect is a third person role-playing shooter. You can start by customizing Shepard's gender, first name, pre-service history, psychological profile, class, and facial features. You have a choice of 6 classes: Soldier, Engineer, Adept, Infiltrator, Sentinel, and Vanguard. These are made of 3 major fighting styles. Weapon mastery, use of biotics, and technical manipulation. Soldier, Engineer, and Adept are pure classes while the Infiltrator, Sentinel, and Vanguard are composite classes.
Leveling in Mass Effect is done by gaining experience by completing missions, assignments, and destroying enemies. When you level up you have talent points to use to make your various talents more powerful.
Gameplay consists of controlling Shepard and 2 other team members through various obstacles and enemies. There are total of 6 possible team members.
Mass Effect is a tactical cover shooter. The use of cover is essential in gameplay while Shepard and his team work together to clear their way to their goal.
The items are numerous and varied. Armor, weapons, upgrades, and enhancements.

Graphics
The overall graphics are good. However, the detailed visuals of the characters are what really shines. The races have beautifully detailed bodies and heads, and their facial expressions are excellent. The enviroment is very good as well. The rooms are wide in variety, while the terrain is great.

Personal Opinion
I personal can say this one the funnest games I've played in a long time.
With 6 different classes and a variety of powers for each class, it's fun to experiment on the various enemies. The 5 different difficulties continued to provide a challenge. Has excellent multiple choice conversations.

Gameplay: 9/10
Story: 10/10
Graphics: 8/10
Re-playability: 10/10
Overall: 9.25/10

This is the review for Borderlands

Story
There is a group looking for something better. They go to Pandora and it's not the best place in the world. They soon find out about The Vault. A place that contains something unimagnable. So they set out to find the keys to unlock the Vault. Easy? I don't think so.

Gameplay
It's a FPS and RPG combined. It has the controls and gameplay of a FPS and leveling up and enemies of a RPG. It works really well together. Weapons, equipment, and even enemies are randomly generated so you never get the same gun twice. you can choose from the four. Sniper, Solider, Brawler, and the girl (I don't what you call her, but she has the force). Each has its own skill set which you put upgrade points to upgrade abilities or get new ones. You have to grind at times and other times you find your self doing similiar missions 10 times.

Graphics
Not the best, but you can put up with it. It's like a comic strip kind of art from the enemies to you.

Personal Opinion
I like the gamplay alot, but I felt the story was lacking. Plus the characters really didn't stand out.

Final
Gameplay 7.5/10
Story 5/10
Graphics 7/10
Re-playablility 8.5/10
Overall 7/10

Splinter Cell Conviction

Story
Sam Fisher is not part off the Splinter Cell anymore. All he want's to do know is find the killer of his daugther, but he keeps searching he find even more then he bargained for. He will use any means to find the real truth. Even if it means going back to Third Echelon.

Gameplay
Being slient still plays a major role in this game, but fighting in the open is allowed. Sam is not holding back now so you will do intergations that will literly crack their heads open. The controls feel natural and test even the veterns. This game is a challenge and it will give you headaches, but that's ok. You have a limited weapons and equipment so you can't use alot. You have pistols like the Five-Seven and even the Sticky Cameras with new things. A Third Person Shooter that will make you think before you shoot.

Graphics
Great Grpahics, but the animation is stiff

Gameplay 8/10
