Okay, so I have a couple of ideas.
Here's my first.
We (myself and, ideally, several other artists) create a joint art-shop.
We'll call it zArt. Or something like that.
The basic jist of the idea is that, instead of charging gold for our art, we charge Power-ups.
I dunno about you, but I'd like to think my art is worth at least a dollar.
Aside from the obvious benefit of getting non-zOMG! people to start buying Power-ups, the peculiar method of payment will also cause them to ask "Why Power-ups?", at which point we can tell them the sad, sad story of zOMG!.
If we get enough people who would, I think we should start this little shop of horrors zOMG!-saving art.
I guess the zCampaign mule could be the OP so as to avoid favoritism?
So.
Spoons.
Everyone Whatcha think?
Artists Would you join my little shop idea?

heart I love the idea!
I'd pay for it, especially given the cause.
Maybe you could charge extra for the addition of zOMG animated... higher the boss, higher the cost. xd

Sounds good. Most will buy it from the marketplace, but then that will increase demand and price and it might cause more people to buy the powerup with GC. Also the artist should not sell them back, but hoard/use them

Also, first, yes, most people will buy them off the MP.
But at least it'll get Power Ups off the MP so people will have to buy them from the CS.
Maybe, if we get some really good artists, it'll even create a demand for Power Ups, 'causing more people to buy them just to sell.
Either way, we win.
Second, like hpanna47 said, if you're taking part in this, you'll have to actually hold on to the Power Ups instead of just selling them.

I'd love to join, it would give me something to do and hopefully stop me being so lazy. I've always wanted to be in a joint art shop actually. >> (Sorry if I can't join, please ignore)

Sounds like a great idea to me and i also looked up all the power ups on the mp and the lsitings arent to big on thier so we dont have to be too worried about alot of people buying them for the as much since it be cheaper to buy them fwith gc. I would like to offer my talents but idon't think i can draw avi's that well. How ever if ican I would still like to help somehow with this.
