History: E'za, has never known a life other then that of the Islands and being a rider there,her parents were guards and like pretty much all of her siblings she was destined to become one herself, unlike her parents however E'za (born Eliza) managed to impress as a late teen to green Ichith, a guard she would never be.
E'za has two siblings, both brothers and both guards. While they were a close family as E'za was growing up she has found herself growing apart since her impression to Ichith and tends to avoid as much family interaction as she can preferring to spend time with her fellow dragon riders rather then deal with what she called their 'dragon envy'. In truth - it's just hard to be the only one in your family who didn't follow the same path as everyone else.
Since Impressing and with the distancing of her family E'za seems to have thrown herself into being a dragonrider and while they might not be the greatest pair when it comes to keeping their mouths shut - they have done fairly well in proving to be good wingriders - thanks to E'za's perfectionist ways and Ichith's confidence.
Appearance: E'za is a fairly average looking women, she's nether a great beauty nor ugly enough to be memorable, for the most part she's almost a bit forgettable really, tanned skin, brown eyes, medium brown hair,average height and an athletic build.
She doesn't seem too concerned about her lack of beauty however and doesn't try to dress herself up to seem less plain, she is typically found wearing good solid work sound clothing and keeps her hair in an easy to manage pony tail as she goes about her day.
Personality: E'za has what one might call.. a loose tongue, oh she doesn't mean to be a gossip really but once she finds out something interesting, juicy or scandalous she just can't help talking to someone about it. The odds of her keeping a secret for any length of time wouldn't be very good ones. She wants to know what everyone else thinks about said secret and to be truthful she rather enjoys being the person 'in the know', the one who heard it first. It makes her feel important and is perhaps her way of standing out when her looks so obviously don't.
She's one of the friendlier riders on the isles and tends to adhere to the 'you get more flies with honey then vinegar' type of thinking. While she might come across as a bit soft given the Isles hardier nature she truly believes that most things are better solved with words then fists. Nice tempered she might be but it would be foolish to also label her as 'weak'. She grew up on the Isles and she can hold her own as well as any other Isle brat.
E'za lacks the inner confidence required to be a leader and this leaves her a bit more open to manipulation by the other riders, who could likely talk her into things with only minimal effort, she's fairly gullible when it comes right down to it.
Perhaps due to her love of information E'za has an excellent memory, she rarely forgets anything she's told and it is quite good at organizing both information and items on a whim. She's a precise person and a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to following the rules.

Dragon Personality: Ichith is a social butterfly - she'd talk to trees if she thought they would talk back and while she's a bit better at keeping secrets then her rider she lets them slip from time to time too..though she tries really really hard not too! She's a sweet natured dragon - about as far from mean spirited as one can get really and generally tried to avoid conflict with others as much as she can. Which is why E'za's softer approach to conflict appealed to her.
I wouldn't call her a coward per say but she's not likely to be the first one to break up a fight unless E'za is directly in danger, she'll leave such things to those big handsome males thank you very much and speaking of males...Ichith is a terrible flirt, she considers herself a real catch by dragon standards and adores the attention she receives during flights, E'za might not care overly much about her looks but Ichith cares enough for both of them and doesn't mind showing off her good looks either.
Ichith is a great deal more confident in herself then E'za is but lacks her riders careful precision, close enough is good enough for Ichith. When working together she and E'za tend to temper each other in both respects, Ichith gives E'za the confidence she needs when things get rough and E'za makes sure Ichith doesn't overlook something important in her lack of precision.
