I have like 27 of the 4th gen ones , i keep thinking i should wait to sell at 1.2mill each XD but gosh with the market these days i am unsure.
When do you think is the best time to sell?
I feel that perhaps they might go up higher over time because it does have popular sexy panties & hair as well as that skin toned bod.
I am unsure of when to sell because what if D: gaia comes out with re-colors or something similiar?

I wouldn't wait for the price to get any higher, in fact, if I were you I would consider selling real soon.
Its a complete gen. in a series of unevolved ones. So as the other .gens finish up, the supply of completely evolved items increased exponentially; thus leading to some deflation.
Though Gaia most likely wouldn't consider re-colors or some lame re-release until all gens evolve. SF could have a real b***h fest with that one. lol
Personally I'm sitting on a few dozen 7th gens waiting to sell 3nodding

Sell them when there are no other listings for the item. That way you can make them as high as you want. XD
By the way, I'm also questing for Secret Retreat. It's a great item.
