Flareon because I like to be in warm weather and not the dreaded cold. And I like most Fire-types.

Vaporeon because turning into water would be fun and being a water pokemon that can live in water or on land would be pretty useful.

Leafeon!
By far Leafeon!!! It has a leaf as a tail and two more leaves as ears! It's just a really natrual Pokemon, and I'm a Nature, Pokemon, and Animal lover so I think Leafeon fits my personality best out of the 7! So hence why it's my favorite!

Really tough call.
I like both Umbreon and Espeon. A lot... sweatdrop
But I guess if it came down to it, it'd be Espeon.
