Bio:
In the RG, Natsumi was always in a bookstore, particularly the ones near Molco, where she constantly read shoujou manga and watch the commonly found people going to the famous Phone booth. It should also be noted that she is incredibly clumsy.
Not accepting the term stalker, which fit her perfectly, she followed random people when not reading, taking not of every last detail. One person remained on her must-follow list: Aokuu Tansen. On a daily basis, she followed this target. She was even there the fateful day that the earthquake had struck ending both her target's life as well as her own.
Waking up in the UG, she found herself in her favorite bookstore. Unaware of any of her death, she just proceeded to read, looking constantly out the window for her target.
Abilities:
Incredibly lucky, she has a knack for finding a way out of problems through accidents, like simply tripping to dodge something. She is also relatively fast and can traverse a good distance if she doesn't trip.
Also, a talented musician of sorts, all sound based psychs seem to work a little better when she uses them.
