To run an operation such as this, devoted crew are needed. If you think you'd make a positive addition to the leaders, apply! Don't apply for the moderator powers or the status, apply for the members and the fun you can give them.
Moderator Positions:
Assistant Coordinator- Captain's stand-in. Must attend events and step in if ever the captain/event leader has a problem
Artist- Will make banners for signatures, profiles, contests, and upcoming events
Historian- Will record who attended, take the pictures, and be in charge of moving old threads where they belong
Communications- Will keep up with inactive members, keep members posted on events
Treasurer- Will handle the guild bank (mule)
All crew leaders should be good typists, dedicated to upholding an active and fun guild, and care about spelling.
To keep your position as a crew member, these are you requirements. I'm sure you know that holding a more important role in the guild would be more demanding than just being a member.
1. First thing you do when you log into Gaia is bump one of the ad threads (when we've revamped them sweatdrop ).
2. Next check the guild for new posts. If a new member has posted their intro, add their birthday on the calendar.
3. Check the Secret Society subforum at LEAST twice a week.
4. Post in every new SS thread to confirm you've read it.
5. Post in the main forum at least three times a week.
6. Post in a subforum (of your choice) at least twice a week. Just be sure to check others for activity as well.
7. Notify me when you won't be able to log in for a while, or you risk losing your position.
