Well, B/W has been out for a while now. So what do you think of what you see? I know most of you have been looking into it to see what your missing! So lets discuss it =3

Likes/Dislikes, everyone has their own opinions, so lets get started!

I love the selection of pokemon. A large variety of new Ghost and bug types, two types that haven't gotten a lot of variety in the past. everyone of the new ghosts seems really useful in their own way, as do all of the new bugs, so I'm really excited about that.

Critical capture, this handy feature should make catching legendaries a bit easier, even if the crit rate is small, cool idea gamefreak, I love it ^.^

Only Encounter Gen 5 pokemon until after the E4. this si by far my favourite thing about the game, when Im playing through a new gen, I wanna se the new pokes the gen has to offer, not be bombarded with the same poke sIve been seeing for 4 gens... like zubats and geodudes in every cave XD

Experience Scaling: basically, lower level pokemon get higher experience while Higher level pokemon get less. helps when leveling up low pokemon, and helps stop grinding, so I like it ^.^

I love the new moves they've added. There are some attacks/abilities that reflect stealth rock back on the user, so I like those, also stealth rock is known by fewer pokemon =3 Will still be a threat, but is easier to deal with =3

the first gym you fight has a pokemon that your starter is weak to. I like this because before someone would have a harder time for choosing a different starts, like charmander in blue, chicorita in gold, etc. now everyone has equal difficulty =3

as for dislikes.... the only thing I can think of is that the gym leaders can only hold up to three pokemon. So unless they are a higher level, gym battles are gonna be really easy.

I played an english patch rom of the game to try it out..

So far, it is amazing! Im not a fan of triple battles, or level scaling, as it will get annoying to raise my pokemon to a certain level after a while. I also dislike the fact you cannot trade over items.. sad

BUT! On the bright side, it does seem amazing, 3d graphics, more diversity than any pokemon game, and lots of things to do with friends even after the game is done (highlink), and I think it will keep everyone interested, even after the elite 4 is beaten.

And on the note of gym leaders. Yes, they only have 3 pokemon, but they are a lot harder than any gym I've faced that have 5-6 pokemon, and the trainers themselves are very difficult, and actually require you to buy a lot of potions before you leave a town. So, I thoroughly enjoy the challenge.

I'm glad to hear that ^.^ was afraid that with only 3 pokes, that the gym leaders might be easy. thats for putting an end to my fears xd

Yes, I've never lost in any gym leader challenges really, before this generation. So it made me happy too. :3

I actually lose to gym leaders kinda often, as right from the beguining I always fill my team out as much as possible, and train everything evenly.

thus leaving me pretty under-leveled for most gym leaders. so I imagine the same thing will still happen, XD
