i was watching the presidents book of secrets and it said something about thier are some people who are even higher up than the president who controls america's future

They control the banks. Read G. Edward Griffen's book "The Creature from Jekyll Island", It's about the privately owned Federal Reserve was founded, how it is passed as a federal organization when it is not (you can find videos of Alan Greenspan no less talking about this), and how they've hijacked our country and are selling it off to the highest bidder.
Also, take a look at any president since 1988. (It goes back WAY farther than that, but it's a good starting point). Almost anyone they appoint has been a member of one or more of three groups: Trilatteral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, and Bilderburg Group. Also, pay attention to how many of our president's people have ties with Goldman Sachs.
