Haven is a small Outer Rim farming colony set up by Humans after the last phase of colonization. The small farming colony is supplemented by a moderate communication array and a small observation base. However, this is just a facade and the real purpose of this colony is an excavation site, deep underground. A facility that has been kept from public, and even leadership's eyes for a long time.
