In the original manga, Tuxedo Mask never once throws a rose as an attack.

Yep, the only real attack he used was the "Tuxedo the bomber" attack. In the sailor moon plays, they made a cute song out of it with King Endymion and Tuxedo Mask singing together. As a matter of fact, they never used this attack in the anime.

sailor Venus refers to herself as a goddess of love many times in the manga.

Usagi tends to use a nickname on Minako, calling her V-babe (at least in the original translation of the manga). This nickname is only seen in the manga.

Chbiusa's dress is actually orignal( not a copy of her mother's dress, that's what i mean by original) in the manga.
Also: the sailor senshi have princess dresses in the manga.

The outer senshi (specifically Neptune, Pluto, and Uranus), have castles on thei respective planets (in which they have a monitoring and communication system to talk to each other).

Each sailor's earth name in japan relate to their powers or origion.(ex Usagi Tsukino = rabbit of the moon)

Gokoa Minako was the only person to act like a insane person after her pure heart was taken. Usagi and Rei the only ones to try and transform while they were being attacked by heart snatchers

Aside from Sailor Saturn being able to destroy a world, Princess Serenity's silver crystal, in the first part of the anime and manga, is said to be able to destroy the world. In PGSM live-action, Princess Sailor Moon destroyed the world.

Sailor Galaxia can destroy planets with a flick of her finger in the manga.
