That my body does not tolerate fast food at all.
Im so used to eating healthy/organic food that anything else upsets my stomach.
I don't mind though, I like being healthy! x]
So, my question is: What are you favorite organic food grocery stores?
Mine happen to be Henry's, Trader Joes, and Sprouts.
I also love going to Farmers markets for home grown fruits and random other foods.

Haha, my body can't tolerate fast food either. Every time I try to eat it when I'm out to lunch with a few friends, I seem to get sick and just feel miserable. As my lovely yet slightly crazy neighbor said when I ended up passing out in her lawn (walking home), " No fast food fo' you!" xd
Though we don't have any organic-specific stores here, I do love the local Farmer's Market. It's huge and happens every Saturday downtown- fruits and vegetables, homemade breads and cheeses- I love it! heart

I get upset stomach from it, and I usually have a cup of tea to make my stomach happy again. And yes, farmer's markets are the greatest! I know of at least 3 that I go to on a regular basis. 3nodding

i buy local before i buy organic, since organic really just a buzz word and some organic processes are more harmful to the environment (the organic pestacides mass organic farmers use are much more destructive than some non-organic ones) so, that said, after farmers markets my favorite health food store(read surprised rganic) is a local one we have called Rollin Oats

I usually try to eat healthy/organic/vegetarian/home made stuff, but sometimes I occasionally get fries from chick-fil-a or something.
Yesterday night though, I was hungry but also a bit 'out of it' (I had barely slept a good sleep in over 48 hours) so along with fries I had some of my mom's chicken nuggets - maybe 4 or 5 of them. And man, I instantly regretted it.
While my eyes say "hey this chicken doesn't look processed" my stomach can most definitely tell the difference.
It made me feel really nauseas afterward and I had a stomach ache for about 4 - 5 hours. Blech. Never doing that again.

I wonder, though. If my body had that bad of reaction to Chick-fil-a, a place that most people would consider "good" fast food, I wonder what kind of horrendous effects might incur if I were to eat at a horrible fast food place now, such as Mc Donalds, or Wendy's.
I know I felt sick from Wendy's fries after just one. They don't taste right.

Word of caution: NEVER eat a Big Mac just because it's your first taste of McDonald's... That was possibly the worst decision I ever made gonk

Apparently Trader Joe's is becoming less trustworthy... I haven't been there, but I researched them D:
I go to a local natural and organic co-op store downtown here~ It smells weird in there, but they have some awesome stuff >:3
