Black wings, long, gold chains over teal belt. Carries a long metal staff/brazier. Dangerous in the right circumstances.

Distinguishing Physical Features: Dark carmel skin, dark red brown hair. Temperament like Chernobyl.
Fighting Style: If it moves she hits it... and insults it.
Known 'magical' attacks - Defensive/ Offensive/ Ranged/ Capable of various smoke attacks, best known are her single person attack, creating a feeling of... paranoia, being watched etc. Now makes a wide range smoke shield. Used this to escape the scene of her carnage during the BMC rescue.

Additional Warnings: DONT GET BURNED. She lit the forest on fire. Probably the source of the news reports. Dump her in the ocean if you come across her.

'Costume' Descriptions Black 'mock turtle neck' with a brown collar, standard white toro piece with brown skirt. Gold tiara around the back of her head like laurels rather than the classic V.
'Collar' and skirt share a gold and orange trim' - gold trim across her white top. Also has brown leggings with a 'lacy' trim. ENORMOUS yellow bow - potential target in close combat?

Known 'magical' attacks - Defensive/ Offensive/ Ranged/ Nebula Scatter and Strike, both of which involve clouds of tiny particles. Scatter....well, it scatters and disorients, Strike is more focused and has the wonderful added ability to burn skin, fabric, or whatever else it hits.
Additional Warnings: This b***h is mine. Watch out for her attacks, they cover a lot of area and burn like hell.
