Floors 1-3
The shopping area.
The first three floors consist of the entryway and shopping area. The front desks and two elevators that access all floors of the building are situated in the foyer. Through doors on either side of the front desk is an Exhibit Room displaying vehicle models designed by the Shinra Inc., including the Hardy-Daytona motorcycle and a photo of the airship Highwind. Sometime before Final Fantasy VII the partition was removed, and the entrance foyer and the Exhibit Room were merged into one. Cloud and the party steal vehicles from the room before breaking out of the building. President Shinra's private entrance to Deepground is also located here, concealed beneath a display platform. On the second floor is the Shinra item shop which includes a video screen that showcases various Shinra products including automobiles. The third floor has very little except a set of elevators that grant access to the 59th floor, which it shares in common with the second floor.

Floor 45 first appeared in Before Crisis in "Special Episode of Reno." It appears to serve as the buildings archives, where all the important documents are kept. It is here that Dr. Hollander steals some classified documents, which Reno and Rude are sent to investigate.
Floor 49
Off-Duty SOLDIERs.
Introduced in Crisis Core, this floor is known as the "SOLDIER Floor." Located on this floor are the SOLDIER Training Room, Materia development room, known as Materia Room, mission Briefing Room and a lounge area for off-duty SOLDIER operatives. The Training Room activates a holographic image of a pre-programmed surrounding, complete with digital enemies to fight. Health experts also train and supervise the Mako-enhanced SOLDIER members. The floor's residents also get free equipment from the company for missions and sign up for extra missions in the Briefing Room antechamber.
Floor 51
This floor holds the SOLDIER Director's office. Although it is never openly stated, the Director's office is known to be on this floor since "Floor 51" is printed on a wall within the office. The office holds the Director's work station as well as a small library. The floor is accessible at will by SOLDIER 1st Class members, and is used by Sephiroth after Director Lazard goes missing.
Floor 59
A mundane, open area that has two sets of elevators (one leading back down to the bottom floors, the other that allows access to the higher floors) and access to the stairway. From this floor on, special keycards are required to ascend the building.
Floor 60 is heavily guarded.
A sort of "buffer" floor under heavy guard during the time of Final Fantasy VII. It is unknown if this floor was ever used for any other purpose. During the game Cloud and friends have to sneak past unnoticed and getting spotted ends in a battle, after which the player has to try again from the beginning of the floor. If the party get caught too many times they eventually dispose of all the soldiers.
Floor 61
A break area made for Shinra employees. Features numerous tables and a large tree in the center of the area.
Floor 62
See Domino for the solution to the Mayor's puzzle
The Midgar government offices and Shinra research library are located on this floor. The library is separated into four rooms each of which is categorized by one area of research conducted by Shinra. Also, Mayor Domino's office is in this floor, but he is just a powerless figurehead in the Midgar/Shinra structure, and actually decides to help the party by giving them his keycard, and an Elemental Materia if they solve his puzzle.
Floor 63
Floor 63 is a storage area containing many rooms. Access to these rooms is done through a complex security process that allows a single person to enter.
Floor 64
This is the Shinra company recreational area. It includes a gym, locker room, showers, restrooms, and a rest area for employees. The player party can find interesting items in the lockers and vending machines, run on the treadmill and rest for free.
Floor 65
The major feature of this area is the scale replica of Midgar, perhaps suggesting it is the headquarters of the Urban Development department. The floor is a large puzzle, where players must find the missing pieces of the Midgar model to open up the door to the next floor.
Floor 66
This floor contains the Shinra executive offices and meeting room. Also of note is the only other known restroom in the building, aside from Floor 64.
Floor 67
Floor 67 is the Shinra science department headquarters. Once headed by Professor Gast, and later by Professor Hojo, many primary experiments for important studies, and some studies themselves, were carried out here. Several prison cells occupy the floor, where Red XIII and Aerith Gainsborough were once held, as "specimen" waiting for Hojo's decision to be used in experiments. There is also a specimen containment unit, which housed Jenova's headless body, an office for data storage, and elevators for personnel and specimen transport. During Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-, Zack Fair is dropped off here during Genesis's attack on Midgar. These two, along with Hojo and Angeal discuss LOVELESS shortly on the next floor up, before Zack is forced to fight Bahamut Fury.
Floor 68
The 68th floor houses the science department's main laboratory. There is a specimen containment unit and a control room. Further more, access to floor 69 is only possible by passing through three security fields. It is here that Zack meets Professor Hojo in Crisis Core, who seems unconcerned with the attack, and continues his work.
Floor 69
This is yet another foyer area, and also an office space. Only the highest Shinra officials can gain access to this floor as there is no separation of the 69th and 70th floors by a security device.
Floor 70
President Shinra's office.
The topmost floor of the Shinra building houses the company president's personal office. It is decorated with red carpeting. There is an access door to an open air balcony that overlooks the city of Midgar.

(( This will be the Turks HQ too. With how much has been built up and all, I would assume they could have made one of the levels a special Turk area for only them. ))

Lucrecia awoke to a brightly lit room, the light just above the bed she was she was in made her squint her eye's and blink a few times, letting them adjust to the sudden brightness.Turning her head ever so slightly to the right of her, then to the left she was was scanning the area she was now in.Obviously not the ShinRa mansion.This wasn't a hospital, If it were there would be nurses, doctors, SOMEONE would be there. Instead, it was purely empty.Her heart began to pick up in beats, until she could feel it beating uncontrollably. "....This...place..." She felt, drained, her energy gone. Not to mention something else...
It took a few moments to really register the fact that the child she carried for these 9 months was no longer with her. For the second time, did she just have it taken away..by him..?
She sat up, sliding her legs over the edge of the bed and slowly stepping onto the hard stone floor below her.She was still fully clothed, even her dress shoes were. As she took a gentle step forward, keeping as quiet as possible Lucrecia moved to the doorway, a hand reaching out to the door knob and turning it.The faintest sound of a creaking could be heard as the door was pushed and she made her way through... "Where are you..I won't let you get away with this...Not again.." She whispered to herself, her guard was up,but so far she wasn't finding any sign of Hojo, or a single scientist. This was worrying her all the more! Where, What were they doing? As there was no one around, she quickened her pace to another doorway, and walked through a long hallway. As she walked, she would soon come up to another steel door way with a viewing glass of what looked to be a gigantic lab. Inside from what she could see were many mako filled chambers, and it looked as though every scientist was here.There, she suddenly heard a sound of a baby crying. Lucrecia grabbed onto the door handle, pushing it open and running frantically inside. Any scientist that got into her way was pushed from the worried mother. And when a mother was worried, you did not want to get in front of them. She ran as fast as she could, where as in the far back of the room a pair of eyes was watching her approach as she got closer to the screaming infant.
In a clear glass containment chamber, a small infant wrapped into pink cloth laid there, the little one didn't seem to stop crying! "What have you done?!?! " Lucrecia began searching for the latches on the dome, but there seemed to be none. "Give her to me! She is MY child! I won't let you take another child of mine! How dare you! " While she tried to find a way to get the child out, her hand slid into her pocket, but trying to keep it not so obvious as to what she was doing. In it, she only slightly tilted it so that she could see the buttons, pressing onto the contacts, she scrolled to Vincents number, and pressed the button letting it stay on, though she wouldn;t be able to speak. She had just hoped he'd be able to use his old Turk skills to find them.

The helicopter Cissnei and Aerith were on soon came to a landing at the ShinRa Towers helicopter land area on the roof. As the props died down and the engines shut off, the young Turk stepped off, as the two Soldiers inside took to each side of Aerith and lead her out with the Turk. "Welcome to you're new home..Away from him! " Cissnei grinned at her, as the group walked inside the building. Once they were in, the doors were instantly locked down. She wasn't really bringing her for Hojo, as she didn't think he actually wanted the Cetra anymore. There was...other's who she was now working for, who were also part of the ShinRa.It was they who were now interested in continuing the missions of so long ago. They even had there own crazy scientist who was trying to top Hojo's projects! Although she had not know of the mans name just yet, she didn't care. As long as they got rid of the one who destroyed her chances with Zack! Sometimes, jealously was not the best thing in the world when it came to Turks. "Ah, yes..I believe one of you're friends is here to..with her special new baby. You should know her as..Sephiroth's mother..Though that one is with one of the Hojo clones. You however, are going to meet a new scientist...I hear he's worse then Hojo..I can't wait to see! "
Aerith was silent the entire way as they walked. There wasn't to much she could do. But the moment Lucrecia was mentioned, Aerith gasped in shock. "..What..are you talking about, Cisseni? Lucrecia doesn't have ...she..wasn't...." The Cetra paused, thinking back on the last time she had seen Lucrecia. She had always worn coats, or robes. It just seemed to hit her now, after that was mentioned. Why would she hide such a thing from them?! "Oh my..goodness..." Aerith's eye's narrowed ever so slightly, she had to find her and the baby. If they were with a Hojo clone, goodness know what was going on."Cissnei..I never thought you would change to someone so horrible..I thought you were a kind women..You risked you're life to save Ethan, now you do this? I don't understand..Do you hate me so much?"
"You're entire existence is what I hate. I need you gone. Sorry, Its just the way thing's are. " She shrugged, as they walked through the halls,and stepped into one of the elevators, heading down to the secret lab area below the building. Once they arrived, the group stepped out and continued on there way. "I'll do something nice for you. Would you like to be the first to see the little innocent baby and you're friend?" She lead them on toward the steel doors, soon they would begin to see a large glass viewing area and the sound of the same screams Lucrecia had heard of a baby, would be heared. The Soldiers opened the doors, and stepped inside, both now grabbing onto Aerith's arms to keep her from trying anything as they lead her to Lucrecia and the crying child..

(( lol. EOCT's? o.O And haha sorry. XD I can put the phone part back in if you want. I just did it to speed this up a bit. I can get them both out of there now. The baby should help cheer everyone up after the death, I'd think. ))

Cissnei laughed as she closed up the cellphone and pocked it. "Visiting time is over. Time to go." The Turk motioned for the SOLDIER's to move on, pulling Aerith away from Lucrecia.But as they did, Aerith just so managed to pull her arm away, and in that second the Princess Guard appeared in it, she slammed it straight into one of the faces of the SOLDIER's, lucky for him he had his helmet on. It did manage to crack it some. The other she hit closer toward the neck, which knocked him on the ground. It didn't take long for her staff to be knocked out of her hands by more Soldiers whom ran in the moment she began to attack. Now disarmed, she took her down the hall into another lab area they were meant to bring her in the first place.
Inside was a few many scientists, but one stood out the most. The man had short brown hair, and was standing next to a large glass dome similar to what Aerith had been thrown in years ago. The Soldiers pushed her in, letting it close and seal.
"Alright, I did the job. I do hope I get paid good for this.." Cissnei said to the man. He was the new scientist, who was quite a mystery for now. No one knew his name!

Zack put his hand on the Buster Sword's handle before stepping in, looking around, and seeing no one... Though, he kept his hand on his sword's handle, as he stepped inside and looked around "can't imagine they'd be keeping them somewhere as obvious as the upper floors, they'd've modified the building by now..." he said, looking around to try to see where to go

Vincent went over to the main counter, having had the same thought. He jumped over it, turning it on with the ease of someone who was used to Shinra OS. He retained skills rather well, a holdover from the Turk's, including his familiarity with the OS Shin-Ra used.

Zack grunted, looking around "is this the best time to be checking your E-mail?!" Zack knew he wasn't doing that, obviously, and the man would know he knew he wasn't, but he was really worried about Aerith, and didn't want anything to happen to her, where'd they go...? "Well? Anything? Did you find anything" he asked quickly, not wanting to waste any time

Ryosuke stepped over to the glass dome holding the young Cetra women inside. "Hello there Cetra..I will give you a gift. My name is Ryosuke. Ryosuke Ayaki. " He smiled at her, there was a great difference from him and Hojo. He was far less creepy then him."You see..I'm going to surpass Hojo in my own projects, my own experiments.I strive to complete my goals, and they tend to get..well..completed. For now, you can rest there..I have to make some preparations for you."
Meanwhile, two SOLDIER's came up to him, whispering something into the mans ear. "Really now..Secure the base. Send out my team, Be sure they don't reach the lab.." Turning back to Aerith, he sighed. "Well, it seems you have friends. Of course, such a perfect one as you must have many of them. This mean's it's time to speed up the process..." The sudden clattering of many footfalls upon the hard marbled floors could be heard, as about a dozen SOLDIER's were running toward the entrance where Zack and Vincent were. They were ordered to take them out, no questions asked.

Zack turned to the SOLDIERs and grunted "no time to play! You find out where they are, I'll take care of the peeons" he said to Vincent, drawing his Buster Sword Modulating Phase: Cloud... Power Surge! he suddenly was covered with a mako aura as he jumped into the air, hearing Cloud's familiar words "the power of SOLDIER..." "Alright here comes the big one!" he said, spinning his sword a bit and swinging it toward where they are, unleashing many (not too big but not too small) meteors falling on all of them in an attempt to take them out quickly

Vincent ignored the man's comment, seeing no humor in the situation, not with Lucrecia probably in Hojo's hands again. He opened the console, and it immediatly prompted him for a username and password. After a little judicial hacking, it logged him on with full system administrator powers. they really needed to fix that workaround, of course, he doubted many knew about it anyways. Then he heard the man saying something as a group of soldiers came in. He saw the man already charging some kind of attack, so he kept working, scanning through files for Lucrecia and Aerith, recent files...

Vincent, after a little digging, finally pulled up the updated schematics as well as several other files, scanning through them rapidly until he found what he was looking for. "There's a new underground lab, the elevator's can take us there." He says, powering the console off... after deactivating every security countermeasure in place in the system he could access. Let bored civilian's play hell on Shin-Ra for a while. He then heads to the elevator's, calling one of them.
