 It was midday. The day was not too warm and not too cold; it was perfect for an outing. Louvia's mother for some reason never wanted to stop traveling. In all honestly, Louvia was most like her mother in that way; she had the physical features of her biological father, but her love to travel was very much from her mother.
They had stopped by at a large lake. Once knowing where her mother would be, Louvia instantly wandered off. Oddly enough, her mother would not miss her, knowing that her daughter would be save and come back when she was needed. There had been no problems -- as of yet -- but Louvia knew her mother could sense if something was wrong and would come to her rescue.
Louvia was wandering around the edge of the lake, once in a while looking into the lake, enjoying how her little kitty ears would twitch when her curiosity peaked and how her eyes glowed so bright of a blue. She hadn't met anyone that was scared of her yet; she had surprised people, but never really scared. It was a brand new day, and she was excited to have some fun!

The temperature felt very calming to Virulent, so much so she found herself wandering away from home again. She was careful to not stray too close to the lake while admiring how the midday sun gleamed off of it. It even slightly gleamed off her coat as it gently warmed her. Oh, it was days like this that made her forget her fears for a moment.
Sighing softly she paused closing her eyes to just enjoy the day. While relaxed, her ears were still perked and listening for any sound. Occasionally one would twitch to the side before returning to it's at attention position. After a few minutes she could very faintly hear something.
A frown marred her brow as her ears twitched more toward the lake. It sounded like someone was walking by it. She shuddered as she opened her eyes to check. Who in their right mind would get close to the lake without a need too?

It was way to tempting for Louvia -- she didn't understand why she hadn't jumped into the water yet. Sure, her mother wanted her clean when she was around her, but still! Are you not supposed to clean yourself in a lake?
Louvia was then facing the lake; her legs were a little bit further apart than normal, causing her head to be closer to the water that normally. From afar, it would look as though she was about to fall in. She hadn't noticed the other little filly looking at her from afar.
Without another hesitation, Louvia jumped into the water, making a big splash.

Her eyes landed on the other foal, and when they did her heart dropped. They were about to fall into the lake! With wide eyes she watched as the other jumped into the water. Her poor mind saw it as though they had fallen on accident. For a moment Virulent was torn between her fear of the great lake and her worry for the foal.
Finally she bulked up her courage and ran head long for were the other had entered the lake. She skidded to a halt at the bank and called out in worry as her hoof stamped the ground.

Louvia was floating underwater for a little while, holding her breath and looking around. It was so peaceful underwater; all you could really hear were the soft sounds of the water. Outside of those sounds, Louvia soon started to hear another sound. It sounded like... Someone was calling her?
Immediately, she swam back up to the surface and her head popped up over the surface of the water. Louvia's eyes opened as her kitty ears tried to flick the water off of them. The first thing she saw was a black filly with little glowy bits. Louvia smiled.
"Hi there! Would you like to join me in the water?"

Virulent had been expecting the worst when she hadn't seen the other due to them being underwater. She certainly didn't expect them to just poke their head back out and talk calmly. Slightly startled, she took a step back before stepping back forward. Worry marred her brow.
"A-are you al-alright! I-I-I saw... saw you f-fall in!" Her purple eyes were darting all around the water as if making sure the other foal wasn't about to be swallowed whole by it. She might have looked very frantic and concerned. The black foal shifted her weight trying to not get closer to the lake unless she had too.

Louvia cocked her head to the side a little as she listened to the filly. She giggled slightly when she heard 'fall in'.
She quickly made her way back to the shore and out of the water. Louvia shook her body, trying to get some of the water out; some of her hair was matted together because of the water, but with the sunlight, as well as her desire to jump back in the water, it wouldn't stay like that for long.
"I didn't fall, silly!" She exclaimed. "I jumped in!" Her ears twitched a little bit, still excited and wanting more fun. Louvia was confused to why the filly was so scared of the water.
"Want to join me?" It was easy to see that the filly didn't want to get any closer to the lake than she already was. "I don't think you can get hurt or anything from the lake." Louvia giggled again. "If you could, I think I would of been hurt many times by now!"
