well actually what if a woman joins?
Great! Just because the focus is men's issues doesn't mean we would exclude women who support our cause or just want information or to hear our perspective.

they'll complain and call it sexist or whatever and get the guild banned or worse get all memebers banned from gaia
._.
Guilds only get deleted if they violate ToS. I have read the ToS many times. Most of it centers around not using Gaia to make money or distribute porn. The only thing that even comes close is that they reserve the right to ban people for trolling. However, they've been very careful to differentiate between controversial political opinions, and trolling. Check out the Political guilds and you'll see that half of them are neo-Nazi guilds. If they aren't deleting racIST guilds, I don't think a guild that someone complains is sexIST, or any other -IST will see the ax either.
Besides, the purpose wouldn't be a woman-bashing guild, it would be a men's issues guild.

so why not make a guild of the same idea but have two subfourms
one for men
one for women
that way even if no women join
at least we won't be risking our manly hides for what we want.
There is no risk. Gaia tolerates a wide variety of interest and opinion guilds. If a woman joins and becomes a big disruption, she will be shown the door. If a woman enters and respectfully disagrees, she gets to stay on. I'm a big fan of challenging opinions and perspectives. If a woman joins on and is like "I totally agree with everything you guys are saying," that's not going to cause a problem at all.
Regarding if we boot someone for being a problem child, Gaia is not sympathetic. Their position on it:
Quote:
Q: I am a member of a guild and I am having a conflict with the guild crew or captain. Can I have a moderator help me out?
A: No, Gaia moderators are not responsible for your guild politics. It is up to the guild crew how they want to handle internal conflicts. The sole exception is if the guild crew or captain is violating Gaia's TOS.
Q: A guild banned me for no reason, I wanna report them! -OR- The captain/crew are abusing their power, what do I do? -OR- The guild is really close to breaking the TOS, can I report them?
A: Guild crew can do whatever they want as long as they don't break the TOS, including banning you for no reason. Do not report a guild unless there is a TOS violation that the Guild refuses to take care of themselves.
