Today was going to be a good day for Hania. He was going to find a pupil to teach his ways to. By ways, he meant be a guide of course. He wouldn’t randomly pick the first person he saw, but he would have to get to know them. He would have to make sure they were worthy enough of such information. It wasn’t an easy task either. They had to take in everything he was trying to teach in one single stride. He rarely let his family’s secret outside the family and would probably have to consult his sister on the matter before actually going through with it fully. She was the only thing he had to ask at the moment and it was the only bit of advice he could get from someone close to him.
Thinking on this, he realized that it was going to take a lot of begging on the other’s part. He wouldn’t budge that easily and maybe even some bowing would be necessary too. He rarely acted this a*****e like unless it was for a good reason and this was about family really. Something that was passed down from parent to kin and so on. He couldn’t just let some halfwit have the secret. Though they wouldn’t get a cool mask like him, they would just need to know the forest and where they couldn’t take anyone that was lost. Not that hard right? Yeah okay it was like picking a needle from a haystack to him. He needed someone that had something. Maybe wings? Maybe a strong sense of smell? Anything that could make them special.
With a smirk slowly creeping on his muzzle, he walked to the to of the plateau feeling a little curious at who he would find to fill the spot.
