I want a short tidbit about your favorite genre here!

My, personal, favorite is the Role-Playing Game. There are many great RPGs to have been released for the Nintendo cosoles, and I'll go into detail about a few of my recent favorites.

Tales of Symphonia is a long game, easily eating up 200 hours of your life gonk I've already got 120 into it (has only changed by an hour or two in the last few months due to the Golden Quarter whee ), but I most certainly shall be playing more 3nodding

Baten Kaitos is plain addicting, if you like it. I have to admit; it's a love it or hate it type of game. The battles can get intense if you forget to check on your cards...

The Golden Sun and Fire Emblem series are great and innovative. I look forward to any continuations.

razz I think I should stop and let you guys post wink

na

your doing good

and i have to agree with you on most of those

but something does need to be said about final fantasy

even if some of the newer ones weren't so good, the old snes ones were cool ( never played the original one though sweatdrop )

I like Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles and Final Fantasy Tactis Advance. I found them very fun. My favorite Final Fantasy game, however, remains Final Fantasy V -- which was never released stateside... It still rocks, though ^_^ My favorite SNES RPG may well have been Tales of Phantasia, though... That game just plain owns! It was too controversial to release, however sweatdrop The first game to ever have profanity in it...the way it did, at least.

The "f" word is rather prolific in the game... A drunk girl asking the main character to *cough* her in her sleep...

Then there's the first time they meet the pink-haired witch and the elf makes the comment...

I bet she *cough* like a tiger!

I tell you...I laughed so hard...

Which is why it was never released in the US wink

EDIT: In fact, ToP is one of the few games I bought the Japanese version for just so I could, legally, own the translated ROM.

I like RPGS too, but my favourite are the Harvest Moon games and I think they come under farming sims or something. I liked ToS but I didn't think the story was very original, Colette was basically a clone of Yuna from FFX. Aside from that though Presea was so cute! 4laugh

Well I do love RPGs and it's basically been the majority of what I've played so far..hmm..

Yes since I've been mainly on the FF series alot, I've been trying to..vary in others. Still working on Legend of Dragoon as of now though, 3nodding heart
