Okay, I didn't know where to post this. I was on yugioh wikia, and I saw their feature on D-Hero - Plasma and read about the Plasma perfect lock, and I wanted to build it on Tag Force 4, only I have almost no idea what to add. Could I get some suggestions, plz?

This deck would just basically be Horus Lockdown but with Plasma splashed in (which doesn't work well at all).
As for the deck itself, DO NOT try that crap deck they suggested on Wiki (the one with Plasma, Secret Village, and Sorcerer of Dark Magic). It will be horrible.

involves horus, royal decree, and plasma which takes a s**t ton of work to pull off.

yeah there are a lot of ways for this, and pretty much are all near impossible to pull off. There's the Plasma, Jinzo with Amplifier, and Horus lvl 8, which let's you use all of your spells,traps, and monsters, but the time it takes to pull of is never very likely, the other ones ppl posted here and the others here, and one or two more, but all are really hard to pull off.

Effect Veiler doesn't really think this combo is "perfect", anymore.
