Reason for Creation: To spread through holes in popular social networking sites and take remote access of infected accounts (and later, computers) for his creator's own (often immature, aggravating, and destructive) amusement.
Abilities: At this point in time, Vespa is unable to do anything but propagate. Infected accounts will become zombies that spam infect links to friends, and all infected accounts are networked back to Vespa and Garrett (and though Garrett has not yet figured out how to get Vespa to do anything more than amass more accounts to the network, this does not stop him from accessing the network himself on slow days to change random strangers' profile pictures to dicks or something. Garrett is obviously the pinnacle of maturity.) Unlike a keylogger, Vespa does not actually gain any passwords, and so, if a person disinfects their account, it drops out of the network, and cannot be gotten back into unless the person is re-infected.

IS KIND OF A CONDESCENDING d**k. He enjoys patronizing others, and does it often. He likes to harp on the flaws and mistakes of those around him, and employs sarcasm whenever the opportunity arises. He also enjoys playing nice with people who don't like him, because it's more fun that way.
CAN AND WILL GET SERIOUS. If pushed hard enough, he will become rather biting. Play time can only go as far as he wants it, and if someone else insists on dragging it out, he WILL sting. These moments can showcase the full extent of his sadism.
IS INCREDIBLY ARROGANT. He views most, if not all, others as inferior to himself, even those on his own faction. Though he is a bit more subtle with proclamations of his apparent godliness (because it's way more classy), he really likes to drive it home when he has the distinct advantage, and he approaches most situations with a definite air of cockiness.
LIKES TO KEEP PEOPLE GUESSING. He works his own set of agendas and will often answer questions with intentionally vague or misleading answers with the hope of causing misunderstandings. He likes stranding people in the dark and watching them grope around blind.
IS A MANIPULATIVE b*****d. He loves the feeling of control, whether directly or indirectly gained, and will sometimes even try to get others to do things that don't have a bearing on him, just because he loves watching his personal games of Mouse Trap in action.
LOVES TO BE OBNOXIOUS. He likes pushing peoples' buttons, doing things he's told not to do, and testing the limits and patience of everyone and everything constantly. If it wasn't already pretty obvious, pissing people off is a favourite hobby of his.
GETS BORED EASILY. Vespa tends to jump from distraction to distraction, and usually needs some constant source of amusement, as he hates standing around twiddling his thumbs. If nothing's going on, he'll almost always try to get something happening. Bad things usually follow.

Appearance: 5'11'', average build, slight tan, messy brown hair, brown eyes
History: Garrett has never really been the nice type. In fact, Garrett has never really even been the tolerable type. An only child, born to a middle-class household in the city, his parents both worked long shifts and were not around as much as they should have been. A strong sense of discipline and self-control had not really been fostered in him-- he grew up unrestrained, and it really shows.
Kindergarten? Hogged all the toys, the crayons, the whatever-the-hell-else was around.
Grade school? Always took the best lunch spots, pushed kids around at recess, took everyone's candy bars at snack time.
Highschool? Beat the s**t out of people to vent, ******** every girl who came his way (including your girlfriend), was generally a terrible a*****e to peers and teachers alike, and it was a surprise he didn't get expelled. Slipping by on the bare minimum, Garrett graduated, then moved into an apartment with his friend.
He now attends college (but mostly for the hot college girls and the drunken fratparties), and is still being a total douchecanoe to everyone. COOL GARRETT.
He had the idea to start creating malware after watching a news report on the latest VIRUS SCARE and thinking it looked fun.
Likes: Parties, sex, alcohol, sleep, tomato soup, reggae music, the colour red, reality tv, nachos, making people mad, having pissing contests with his own program.
Dislikes: Most people who are not him, cats, reading, class, pears, chick flicks, annoying girls, cream soda, work, having pissing contests with his own program.
Hobbies: Being a douchebag, pissing people off, sleeping, procrastinating, partying & everything it entails, and most recently, creating malware-- not that he's competent enough to make one without some of his slightly smarter friends helping him out.

Misc: Though Vespa could be equated with certain species of wasps who lay their eggs in the bodies of live insects, Garrett had no idea these existed at the time of the virus' creation. Garrett just really digs wasps because, quote, "yellow is like, the gayest colour next to pink, but wasps will tear your s**t up if you even look at 'em funny, so they make up for it."
He named Vespa after the Italian word for 'wasp.' He looked it up on Wikipedia and felt pretty ******** clever.
He knows the female wasps are the real badasses of the species, but, quote, "girls are whiny pussies," so Vespa is a guy. Take that, nature.
Garrett accidentally did not set parameters on Vespa's scope of infection, as it were. This is entirely unimportant to begin with, but could lead to some troublesomely grandiose developments later...
IS, AS THE HEADER SAYS, A HUGE TOOL. When he's not out getting shitfaced and making an a*****e out of himself, he's ******** chicks and then not calling them back, and when he's not doing THAT, he's lazing around at home like a sloth.
WAS THE GUY WHO MADE FUN OF YOU IN HIGHSCHOOL. Really. He was. He loves to pick on people who are different from himself, especially those who think standing up for themselves an effective way of getting him off their backs. The only people he is ever not a d**k to are people who are just as horrible as he is, because, quote, "they know what's up."
IS AN INSENSITIVE b*****d. He is an ignorant, intolerant jackass who possesses no tact at all-- and frankly, does not really care.
IS ALSO INCREDIBLY ARROGANT. He doesn't really give a ******** about anybody but himself and the few equally awful pigs he calls friends.
IS A DUMB, UNMOTIVATED SLACKER. He slid by in school on the minimum amount of effort, and obviously did not pay much attention. Though he currently attends college by some miracle of the world, he devotes more time to partying than studying, and is deathly allergic to work. Technically, Vespa was a group effort between he and his friends, because the first few times he tried to make a virus on his own, they flopped-- but ha ha ha ******** crediting them.
GETS HOSTILE REALLY FAST. It's actually very easy to piss him off if you know how to do it-- and when he gets mad, he gets mad.
IS SECRETLY INSECURE. He hypes himself up and puts everybody else down because somewhere inside, he recognizes his life is pointless as hell, and needs to make himself feel better without actually doing anything SOMEHOW. Because lol hard work and determination what are those?
