xxxxxThe small female moved with light grace as she wondered around the shop, her head ducked down. The green of her fur seemed to shimmer in the lighting, her dark eyes flickering every now and then to catch any movement that seemed to happen. She moved quietly, and with no real purpose, but to find a nice place to lay down, in quite solitude, unless someone where to happen upon her. Seeing an empty room, with a rather cozy looking pile of pillows, she wound her way there, and laid down, leathery wings folded delicately over her back, before her head fell upon her paws, eyes watching the room. "...."

Sindri happened upon the room purely by accident. He was not one to normally explore, but today he was bored. His usual companions were missing, for the most part, or had become to boring for Sindri's tastes. The only thing left to do was to wander the shop.
He decided to enter the room to check the view from the window and see if it showed anything. However, when he moved within Sindri saw a female lying on a pile of pillows. "Oh, hello," he said, looking a bit surprised. He took a few more steps in but put on a smile so as not to scare the female away.

xxxxxThe sound of the door, followed by a voice, caused the female's ears to perk up quickly. Her head swiveled, facing him for the first time. She almost ducked but decided just to dig her paws a bit more into the pillows, eyes watching him like a deer in headlights. She cleared her throat a bit before whispering, voice quiet. "H... Hello...".

It was easy to tell the female was surprised. Normally Sindri would have laughed it off, but he got the feeling that would have just made this situation worse. She looked to innocent to tease and Sindri didn't want to scare her off. "Ah, I've scared you," he said looking concerned. "I didn't mean to surprise you. I thought this room was empty when I first stepped in."

xxxxxHer ears flickered back, before she lifted her eyes, staring toward him quietly. Moura's tail flicked a bit in thought before she lowered her head a bit, eyes lowering to the pillows before back up at him, staring for a few quiet seconds before looking around the room. It was quiet, being she didn't really speak, but she figured by the others mind process, he hadn't heard a thing in the room. "It's... it's okay... It was very quiet..." She said, her voice soft before she slowly sat up, tail winding around her own body.

Sindri shifted slightly as he waited for the femme to speak again. He sensed that she was not one to chatter one's ear off and he smiled to himself. It was a rare occurance to come across a female that did not love to talk long into the night. Then again, such a quiet fox might prove difficult to intice. Sindri was going to have to be more charming than ever.
When finally she spoke, Sindri nodded in agreement."The place was quiet. You were like a ninja." Sindri's smile was bright as he attempted a bit of humor to make her open up. He was not sure if it was her type of joke, but he figured he would find her funny bone sooner or later.

xxxxx Her head tilted up, staring quietly toward her. The leathery wings folded quietly about her back, almost flattening against it, before she lowered her head, staring down at her own paws. Moura's ears perked at the words, a small smile flitting over her face before falling short after a second.
xxxxxShe carefully stood. Moura's body was still small, just a bit smaller than that of what an average females would be. She walked carefully forward, careful of how far she did move, before her paw moved out, and forward toward him. "I... I'm Moura.." She whispered, staring up at him after a second.

Progress, Sindri thought as the female got up and moved slightly closer to him. He dared not move too much himself, but couldn't suppress a need to shift paws. He hoped the movement would not feel intrusive to her as it was only an impulse.
"That is a lovely name," Sindri replied with all his charm, "it suits you well." And as if he were addressing one of royalty, Sindri inclined his head as he gave his own name. "My name is Sindri. It is a pleasure to meet you."

xxxxxMoura's eyes flitted over his form. She watched him "bow" in a way, and felt the skin under her fur heat a bit, before taking a timid step back, away from him, her paws all back on the ground. She ducked her head, letting out a small, almost whine noise, before lifting it again, leather wings shifting delicately over her back, trying to get in the most comfortable position possible.
xxxxx"Sindri... That is a nice name... It is good to meet you.." She whispered, her eyes flickering up, and then back down to the ground. It wasn't that Moura was particularly disdained from any particular person. It was just her nature to shy away from people in general. They somewhat scared her, since she knew so much of the evils of the world.

"Thank you," Sindri said with a small smile before suppressing a sigh. Never count your chickens before they hatch. He never really understood the meaning behind that phrase until this evening. Sindri had the uneasy impression he was frightening her somehow.
"Hey," Sindri started. He stopped himself, however, and changed his tone. "Am... Am I scaring you? If I am, I understand and I'll just leave. I can be pretty invasive." Sindri did not actually like the idea of leaving, but Sindri was not a complete jerk... Most of the time.

xxxxxMoura's ears perked up, staring toward him quietly before she looked down. Her eyes flickered against the carpet at her paws, before she sat. Her tail wound around herself, and she slowly shook her head, looking back up toward him with quiet eyes. She smiled a small bit, before going back to an almost shy, neutral expression.
xxxxx"N... not really... I just... am shy, I guess..." She whispered. Her eyes flicked back up to them, under the semi tuffs of hair, before looking away, sighing softly.

Sindri brightened when Moura explained herself. So it wasn't really him that was scaring her off, but that she was shy. That did not mean he had to leave, right? She had not told him to buzz off...
"Then you do not mind if I stay? I'm actually enjoying talking with you." Sindri felt like he was making a big assumption with this statement but he had already said it. If only there was an 'undo' button for life.

xxxxxMoura's ears shot up quietly, staring toward him. Her wings seemed to shift ever so slightly along her back, before laying perfectly flat, still, locked in place. She didn't know why, but for some reason that kind of made her want to ask why, or how. She'd never thought anyone would really like talking to her... Seeing as everyone who ever had, including her housemates, seemed to want to stop. Save for Massa.
xxxxxSo, with those thoughts crossing through her mind, she flicked her ears back down, and sat. Her tail wound around her feet, hiding them from view, and with a soft, almost whimper, she spoke. "I.. No, you do... not have to leave." She whispered, her eyes lowering to stare at the fur of her tail.

"Thank you," Sindri said visibly relaxing. He decided it was best if he showed he was just being friendly so he took a few steps back. Sindri tried to make it suttle so that she would not feel offended by the retreat. He sat down when he found a reasonable spot as he looked the femme over once more.
Sindri tilted his head as pondered something. "So...," he started a little hesitant, "why are you here all by yourself?" He was pretty sure that females normally moved about in groups of at least two.

xxxxx The question caught the demonic female off guard. Her ears shot up, facing forward, before leaning back against her head in quiet thought. She tried to think for several seconds, before shrugging gently, and lowered her head down toward her paws, tail moving to wrap slightly around her body, as best as it could. "I... don't know. None of my... um... my housemates, seem to be drawn to talk with me, at all, usually."
xxxxxShe let her eyes fall quietly to the ground, a small smile moving onto her features. "But it is okay... I don't mind..." She whispered, before lowering the smile to a neutral look.
