Personality: A bum and lay-about of the highest order, Barth is always finding ingenuitive ways to slack off.
He is an inventor, after a fashion, and is brimming with ideas for anything that will make easy tasks easier. Most of his schemes don't get past step 1, and his room is littered with half-baked labor-saving devices. The ones that get closer to completion (as a result of Barth tricking someone else into doing the work) end up as Rube Goldberg machines that were probably more effort to build than the original task. ...But ultimately less work for Barth, right? He's actually a clever guy, once you get past the lethargy.
As a rule, he never does something today that can be put off until tomorrow, and certainly nothing someone else will do for him. He especially despises busywork, like filling out forms. Deadlines and chores are there to be ignored. His favorite activity is napping. True to his demonic nature, he prefers to manipulate events (and people) so he ends up doing the least amount of work possible.
His friends are his best labor-saving device, and he has a habit of borrowing money and help without repaying the favor. If you want anything from him, just taking it is the most expedient policy. On the positive side, Barth is a laid-back and tolerant guy, and will go along with any number of bad ideas (as long as you can get him going). He can't be bothered to hold grudges, and is ideal to hang around doing nothing and playing video games with.
Sometimes his laziness can be hazardous, especially when it comes to junkpiles. When the clutter becomes unlivable, Barth finds somewhere else to stay. His diet (when he's flying solo) consists of microwaveables and expired food. Barth has an infinity clause on the five-second rule. Ideally, he prefers to bum a meal ticket off a friend (or a girlfriend), but otherwise whatever's lying around will do fine.
Family:
Dad: Avarice Demon (Gluttony) Ardenter Mudd. Huge and equipped with an insatiable appetite, a pretty scary guy. Not someone you'd want to enter into a contract with. Barth's interactions with him are formal and respectful.
Mom: Elemental Demon (Slime) Bibble-babble Mudd. A natural worry-wort, she often sends Barth scare-packages.

He is interested in classes that can get him graduated quickly with the least amount of effort.
FEAR: Can create/summon slime golems to do his bidding. And by golems, he means one golem that is palm-sized and can fetch small objects, like a paperclip, or get someone's shoe dirty. The golem turns into a slick puddle of goo once its task is completed.
Natural: Seemingly harmless, when he slows down, sharp thorns start to grow around him.
Physical Description: Tall, tends to slouch. Has long arms and legs.
Eye Colour: Orange. The sclera is black.
Hair Colour/Style: Messy, medium-length. Looks slept-on.
Skin Colour: Pale.
Clothing Style/Colours: Wears black, because it's easy. Clothes are usually on the dingy/droopy side.
Extra: Has a handsome set of horns that make getting through doorways and low ceilings difficult. Counters this by slouching. His long fingers taper into sharp claws.
