Ok, I came up with an idea, whilst I was driving my car about a half hour ago, that I need information for. And since I do not want to look it up, I decided to ask you all.
Does any one know if there is such a thing as a Salt Water frog? I don't think there is, but I may be wrong.
If not, is there a salt water creature, that is about the same size of a frog than can go on land?
I'll let you all know what my idea is when I get info...

No, I'm trying for all creatures, but for my current idea, it would be nice if they were salt-water-compatible creatures that could stay under water for a good amount of time, but could also go on land for a good amount of time.

Liway umm... penguins -- you could twist them a lil and make up a name for them. lololol, ok sounds cute. Except I'm thinking an almost tropical atmosphere, or the like. (I know there are penguins that are in warmer climates... but yeah...)

*contemplates* it's a possibility. I'm still toying with the idea.
I also want small land animals that can climb and grip things. Possibly ones that can go under water... When I'm done plotting with this, it'll probably show up in my story.
The idea that I have is inspired by Timothy Zahn's Icarus Hunt.
