Wishing to say I’m sorry.
On how bad things went between us.
Wishing to say that this never happened.
Only knowing that my heart has turned to dust.
Wishing to say that I miss your voice.
When we talked for hours under the stars.
Wishing to say how I can’t live without you.
Knowing that we went so far.
Wishing to say I could turn this around.
Even though I already know your gone.
Wishing to say I still love you.
As I walk alone into the dawn.
(I wrote this the night the girl I promised to left for my best friend)
