  The white stallion walked through the cemetery checking all the gravestones to see when they died and who they were. He did this from time to time to get to know what spirits were in the area and if there was someone he could help. Seeing nothing, his white beaming eyes peered through his mask as the gravestones with a complete emotionless gaze. "Ashame.." He mumbled under his cold breath before stepping out of the graveyard passing by the hard steel gates. He felt different today. His adulthood brought a sense of duty to him that he needed to fulfill. He wanted to help someone or something. He didn't know what yet, but maybe later on he would figure it out. For now he would just enjoy the fact that he was an adult.
He sighed deeply feeling the night air blow past him causing the strands of his hair to fall in his face. he snorted them away and walked at a more slower pace. His head was head high and the woods were so dark all he could see was his own faint glow from his body. He didn't know why his body gave off such a glow, but it did. As he walked, he came to a little clearing. This would be where he took a break. He wanted to rest before continuing on to the next graveyard. This he knew and so he laid down on the ground and got comfortable wondering if anyone was out there on this cold night.

A cemetary? Although the lands and the lands around the sites were usually excluded, it was highly doubtful that the herd would wish to claim it as their own. So the scaled stallion moved on to look for another possible locale. Venturing out on his own was nothing new to the half breed. In fact, it occurred so often, some may say it was a hobby of his. In reality, it was more of a habit gotten from years of doing it on his own, now he was doing it for many others.
The pelt around his sides quivered as the muscles underneath twitched, venturing out of the cemetary. "Hmmm... it is unusually cold." He mused to himself. He had a slight wonder if it was from the location he was in, but didn't think too much longer on it. Dual-colored eyes peered around as he came to an opening of a clearing, the wind causing the jewels haning from his antlers to tinkle lightly. This looks like a decent area to rest. He thought, moving more into the clearing.

The white stallion gave a small sigh of relief when the spirits told him they weren't angry that he didn't make it to them on time. He didn't like being late for anything with them because this was one of the few moments they looked forward to. Maybe he was becoming a little too soft for them. He heard something rustling in the distance. It sounded like leaves as if someone was either walking by a bush or stepping on them. This caused his curiosity to peek as he walked away from the mossy gravestones to the clearing not that far away. Once he got there, he saw a rather interesting looking stallion. Scales layered his body and he was in fact a deer, but with scales. How interesting. "Hello." He called out to the other as he slowly made his way over to him. His white eyes gleaming at him through his mask. He only hope it didn't scare him away. It was the last thing he wanted at this point.

Once in the clearing, Rinji gave himself a shake, quite happy to not have branches rub against his scales. Almost as soon as he stepped out of the clearing, he heard a greeting called out to him. His ears perked at this before turning to face the direction it came from. It was then that he spotted the other cerynei emerge into the clearing. The stallion was mainly white in coloration, but his attention was more on the mask that adorned the others face. Not thinking too much on it, he bowed his head to the other and moved to walk toward him as well. "Salutations."

Hania tilted his head slightly at the stallion. He was a Cerynei like himself. That was pretty obvious, but a little different. Maybe he was a mixed breed? He was coming across more and more of those lately so it was very possible at the moment. "My name is Hania Shen what is yours?" He asked tilting his head even further before moving over to him very slightly. He wasn't one to join him at his side or get super close to him. No that wasn't how he acted. "Are you a mixed breed?" He asked him curiously with his ears perking up on his head a little bit. "I never met someone that was mixed with Cerynei before. It's quite interesting." He nodded before looking away through his mask at the surroundings.

His dual colored eyes looked at the other stallion for a moment. He had took notice of the mask covering his face, but didn't really think anything of it. Everyone was born different, he was no exception as he scratched an itch idly with one of his antlers. Lifting his head again, he bowed his head when the other stallion introduced himself. "It is a pleasure to meet you Hania Shen, I am Rinji Kokoro." He answered, watching the other move just a bit closer to him. At the question, he tilted his head slightly. That was the first time his race was ever questioned so suddenly. With a small snort, he nodded his head. "Indeed I am." When Hania stated that he never met anyone mixed with Cerynei, he gave a slight shrug. "That is not to say it does not happen, just because you do not meet one yourself."

Hania tilted his head at the stallion listening attentively to his words before shaking his head very slowly. “Very true, but it’s just something that I don’t see all that often.” He told him giving a nod to clarify before moving away from him slowly. He didn’t know what he could talk about at the moment. He found the other interesting, but for some reason his mind went a little blank at the moment. He wiggled his little stub of a tail behind himself before sighing a little bit. His sister was on his brain again since he worried so much about her. He didn’t like how she was acting. He really didn’t at all. “Sorry…I’m a little stressed about family. My sister is being irrational and out of line. I don’t like it.” He said to him looking away some more.

"I guess that is true." Rinji replied in agreement to the comment about hybrids, especially Cerynei hybrids, not being a common sight. He watched as the other moved away from him, but said nothing. In fact, during this whole encounter, his expression barely changed from its neutral state. That was not to say that he was not interested in what the masked stallion had to say, it is just a quirk he developed as he aged on his own. Hearing the sigh, his ear perked, listening as he spoke of his sister. "Hmm... I am sorry to hear of your troubles. I do not have any siblings, so I cannot say I have had the same situation, but I am sure all will be well. I am sure that it will take some time, but your sister will come to terms and not be so irrational."

Hania eyed the stallion more thinking back on everything that was troubling him at the moment. He didn't know why his sister was bothering him. It was her choices and he had nothing to do with it, but he knew no matter what he would be there for her. He would help her and support her with her choices in and out. It was just a matter of time anyway before he himself needed help. He didn't know where it would come from, but he did know he could be a pretty good parent to children. He flicked his mane over his shoulder and tilted his head to the other side.
"I will be fine. It's just something I have to come to terms with that is all. But other then that I'm doing really well. Are you an adventurer?"
He asked him as he nosed the ground a little bit for anything that might be of interest. He liked to find various things and searching was one of his many hobbies. Whether, it be for something or someone.

Rinji hoped his words were some what helpful. He was unaware of any siblings he may or may not have, having been exiled from his father and his herd at a young age, so he didn't have the personal experience needed to give advice for. But despite this, he still had common sense on what should or should not be said or what would or would not be comforting. Whatever this stallion's case may be with his sister, he was sure things would work out between them, it was already a blessing that he still had and knew his sibling, despite the problems.
"That is good to hear, in all accounts." He replied with a nod of his head, watching him slightly curiously as the other stallion nosed the ground, "one might say that."

Hania watched the stallion more as he nosed the ground a little bit. He missed his family and didn’t know what it was like to actually have a family there with you. Not that it mattered to him entirely since he had been doing fine so far without having anyone else other then his twin sister around him. He had Enitan and Strawberry too, but that was a different kind of family. He was thinking more about siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews. He didn’t know how he would feel with those around.
“I have duties to attend to. If you want you can follow me? I need to speak with some lost souls and guide others on their way.”
He told the stallion with a curious head tilt before walking slowly away from him. Most asked a billion questions after he dropped a statement like that, so he was ready for them.

The stallion eyed the other soquili for a moment before looking around their surroundings for a moment. He began to wonder a random thought. It was always the same thought, but it always seemed to come to him at random times. Would this be the type of place his mother would inhabit? It was an odd thought one would have to themselves, but Rinji had it. In fact, he had never met his mother. All he was told was that she was a scaled kalona. It was this fact that he did not know his father too well either, having been exiled at a young age to protect both him and his father. Growing up, he didn't have a sense of a family. Now, he had a herd to lead, but still it wasn't a family to him.
He looked back to the other stallion when he mentioned having duties to do and nodded. "I understand, I shall follow for a brief time." He announced before awaiting the others departure. Surely, he had never heard of other soquili speaking to souls, but it wasn't his place to question. If the other wished to tell him, then so be it, otherwise he is fine with the lack of knowledge.
