Hello again, all you fellow RPGers. How've you been lately?
Me...? Well, I've been up to "no good". lol jk Nah, in reality, I'm still working at McDonald's and attending school full time (15-16 credits a quarter). I changed my major from Associates of Business Administration to an Associates of Accounting and Tax Specialist, since I'm good with numbers and understanding formulas. biggrin Yayse!
Aside that, I'm debating on renting out a storage bin so I can actually have a room in this 8'x12' room.
What have ya'll been up to? (Is Star married to the guy she was geeking out over this last spring?!?!)

Well sadly Comic is MIA and has been since July, Capt. Star is still dating that guy, LD is kind of taken, I'm not homeless anymore, and everyone is fine just battling the Finale exam monsters. 3nodding Nice to hear from you new person that I don't think I met but I'm just going to pretend that I did cause pretending is fun and so is running on senetances like one single thought yeah I'm going to flunk my English exam in two weeks if I keep doing this.

/stops She's been here pretty much since the beginning, but hasn't been on much in the past year or so because of that whole life thing. Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. Except for the "kind of". I'm definitely taken. Doing the whole college thing myself. Not working so I can concentrate on that (luckily I have the option of living at home). Also, weren't you going into education at some point? What happened to that?

Yes but as an ESL learner English is like my personal demon lord so yeah. Always with the flipping English exams and has does college work in old mother bear Russia?

Hello, Miss Dark. Nice to meet you. smile How are you going for ESL if you don't understand or have troubles with English yourself? I think that's ironic. Maybe that's why I'm not going for TESL. razz I did graduate with a Spanish major, though.
And LD is right. I've been here since a bit after the guild started, when Mr. Pownage (I think that's what his username was?) and what's his name....were our captains. Mr.Ownage (Now LD) and his cousin started the guild right around the time that tfMO and I started to roleplay. And it just so happened that Star, tfMO and I were all in in the same guild roleplaying and goofing off. Wasn't it "the Big Suites" or named something similar?
Anyways, I do miss ya'll here and hope to get back on my feet soon. Gotta love living at home, threatened to be kicked out, with a PT job at McD's (which I don't enjoy anymore except on weekends, due to who is the grill manager), and FT college. razz

No I'm still a Early Childhood Education/Child Dev major. It's just that I have to take a bunch of English classes that I hate cause I'm like forever a ESL student. mad My English will always suck written wise but that's okay my verbal English makes up for it.
WOW... while the guild doesn't have issues we have teh issues in RL.

If I remember correctly she was thinking of teaching Spanish at one point. But yeah, I can imagine not having the best written English could be an issue.

Well, that was years ago (I can't believe I can say that already...). I graduated last year with a Bachelor's of Arts in Spanish (Jan 09), tried to be an insurance agent without knowing anything about business dealings, almost went bankrupt, and started going to school again. I'm going for an Associate's of Science in Accounting and Tax Specialist now. whee

We are most certainly not married (I wish) and I have informed him that if he dares to ask before we're going out for 5 years I'm saying no. His response was that he's saving for a ring... We are going strong though, although since I'm back home for the holidays we're far away from each other again. =(

I think it's just called The Suites now. I never head over there though. And it was Mr. Pownage. Mar, LD, and I are the only people still around from the old days. =)
